摘要

作为当今国际市场中企业竞争之利器,供应链管理通过它的运作机制来提高企业的国际竞争力。我国的连锁企业同样也要面对需求不断变化的买方市场和外资连锁经营企业不断涌入国内市场的发展态势。在这种形式下，我国的连锁经营企业要保持不断探索、不断提升自身供应链管理的水平，才能应对竞争激烈的市场。

本文研究的目的是通过对华润万家连锁超市供应链的研究，为以连锁经营方式下的供应链管理提供理论的指导，并针对华润万家连锁超市供应链管理中存在的问题提出解决方案和相应的保障措施。首先，本文阐述了关于供应链管理的理论研究，探讨了国内外学者对供应链和供应链管理提出的相关理论观点，为华润万家连锁超市的供应链管理研究奠定理论基础。其次，本文阐述了华润万家连锁超市的采购管理、库存和供应商管理方面的现状，提出其在存在人员分配、工作流程以及部门协作之间的问题。最后，从招揽专业化人才、进行有效激励措施、引入现代化库存管理技术、完善供应商评价体系以及供应商一体化几个方面，提出了其实施供应链管理的相关保障措施。

本文以华润万家连锁超市为研究案例企业，针对丹东市华润万家连锁超市供应链进行详实的分析和研究，尤其是供应商管理和库存现代化的实践应用，总结出国内连锁超市在供应链管理中的管理方法和不足之处，为中国本土连锁超市在采购管理方面寻找适合自身企业发展的采购理论和实践体系提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract

Nowadays, the global economy has entered the era of supply chain management. China's chain enterprises also have to face the changing demand of the buyer's market and the development trend of foreign chain enterprises entering the domestic market. In this form, the chain enterprises in our country should keep exploring and improving their own supply chain management level, in order to cope with the fierce market competition.

The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical guidance for the supply chain management under the chain operation mode by studying the supply chain of China Resources Wanjia supermarket chain, and to put forward solutions and corresponding safeguard measures for the problems existing in the supply chain management of China Resources Wanjia supermarket chain. First of all, this paper expounds the theoretical research on the supply chain management, and discusses the relevant theoretical views of domestic and foreign scholars on the supply chain and supply chain management, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the research on the supply chain management of China Resources Wanjia supermarket chain. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of purchasing management, inventory and operation management of China Resources Wanjia supermarket chain, and points out the problems in personnel distribution, work and department cooperation. Finally, from the aspects of recruiting professional talents, effective incentive measures, introducing modern inventory management technology, improving the supplier evaluation system and the integration degree of suppliers, the paper puts forward the relevant guarantee measures for the implementation of supply chain management.

This paper takes Wanjia chain supermarket of China Resources as a case study enterprise, analyzes and studies the supply chain of Wanjia chain supermarket of Dandong City in detail, especially the practical application of supplier management and inventory information, summarizes the advanced experience, management methods and shortcomings of domestic chain supermarkets in supply chain management, and seeks for the procurement management of local chain supermarkets in China The procurement theory and practice system suitable for the development of enterprises can provide reference.
