MaintenanceMaintenance shall consist of correcting deficiencies noted during inspection. All maintenanceactivity shall be recorded.II. Cylinder Operated Gate ValveA. ObjectiveThe following are Fabri-Valve's recommendations for storage procedures to retain maximum product integrity during long-term storage of 1 to 5 years.B. Location1. The preferred location is a clean, dry protected warehouse.2. If valves are to be stored outside, precautions should be taken to keep valves clean and dry.C. Equipment Orientation1. The preferred orientation for optimum protection of cylinder is with the valve fully opened andwith the cylinder in the vertical position.2. An acceptable alternate for valves with cylinder diameters 6" or less is with the cylinder in thehorizontal position.3. If valves with cylinders larger than 6" in diameter must be stored with the cylinder in thehorizontal position then the cylinder must be operated 6-12 times every 3-4 months.NOTE: O-ring valves should be stored with the gate slightly open (Gate off of seating wedges)D. ObjectiveThe following are Fabri-Valves recommendations for storage procedures to retain maximum product integrity during long-term storage of 1 to 5 years.B. LocationValves to be stored in a clean, dry protected warehouse, free from excessive vibration and rapidtemperature changes.NOTE: The maximum source of equipment deterioration anticipated during long-term storage is from possible condensation within the actuator enclosure that may be produced by rapid temperature changes. The user should consider the addition of heat sources in the electrical enclosures during storage.C. Equipment Orientation1. The preferred storage position is with the valve stem and motor shaft in the horizontal positionand the actuator limit switch compartment cover vertically up.2. An acceptable alternate position is with the valve stem vertical, the motor shaft horizontal and thelimit switch compartment cover either facing to the side or vertically up.3. The assembly shall be stored off the floor on suitable skids and shall be covered with an unsealeddust cover with the bottom open and air holes in the side.NOTE: O-ring valves should be stored with the gate slightly open (Gate off of seating wedges)D. Storage Preparation, Inspection and Maintenance1. For storage situations of 1 to 2 years maximum, spray electric contacts with CRC #2-26. (Thispreservative does not have to be removed prior to usage of the actuator.)2. For storage situations between 2 and 5 years, spray electric contacts with CRC Lectra Shieldspray coating. (This coating must be removed with a suitable cleaner, such as any standard petroleum solvent, prior to making electrical connections.)3. Cover flange faces with flange covers. Plywood flange covers installed at factory are acceptable.E. Storage InspectionI. Visual inspection shall be performed on a semi-annual basis and results recorded.2. Visual inspection as a minimum, shall include checking the following: Packaging, Plugs, Covers,Dryness, Cleanliness, and Function of heat sources (when used).F. MaintenanceMaintenance shall consist of correcting deficiencies noted during inspection. All maintenanceactivity shall be recorded.IV. Storage of Rubber ProductsWhile the various rubbers possess differing degrees of resistance to the deteriorating influences which may be present during storage, the same general recommendations apply to all. Vulcanized rubber products should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place away from steam pipes, sunlight, etc. The Pro duct should be supported so that no portion of it is under undue stress from loading or bending. For example, replacement seals should not be hung over a hook or allowed to kink, but should be stored in a flat position. Seals in assembled valves and actuators should be positioned to minimizecompression on the seals. For example valves stored in vertical position with the gate or disc open will minimize the chance for compression on the seals.。

Brevini WHLSeries电动螺纹赶轮赶车系列产品介绍说明书

WHL SeriesNew Brevini WHL winches are the ideal solution for hoisting applications: we satisfy all market needs. We have worked to design and produce a wide and complete product range: each unitis classified according to performance, hoisting capacity and motor types, always in compliance with international rules and regulations. Thanks to their Brevini planetary gear systems inside of the drum, the brakes and a wide range of hydraulic powered units with axial pistons or orbital and electric motors, these WHL winches are extremely versatile and practical. Easy installation and use, greatvalue for money and compact size are the main features of this new range of winches.1This new range of Winches, withthe reliable Brevini planetarygears inside, are the mostcompetitive solution in termsof compactness and flexibility.Brevini WHL winches areavailable with a variety of ratios, with line pull up to 8,000 Kg.Brevini planetary gearbox isinside the drum. The minimalspace required by the planetarygears makes it possible toproduce winches extremelycompact. The compactness and the flexibility with CE marking are the main features of the new WHL range. Every winch is a unit ready to install, so it provides a cost-effective solution in situations in which space is at a premium.Ideal for lifting and lowering loads of all kinds, these new Brevini hoisting winches are perfect for integration in mobile, marine and loading cranes, stationary crane systems, construction machinery and drilling rigs. They meet all the demands associated with these fields of application - reliably and accurately. This means greater flexibility, higher productivity and considerable time saving. Furthermore they have been designed to resist to aggressive weather conditions.Designing to exact safety requirements is central to product development, as is a commitmentto reliable performance and to the world’s environment. Based on a combination of innovative solutions, experienced engineers and use of best practice, our designs provide safe, efficientand cost competitive applications for every use.3Family sizeGearbox position214Drum configuration and rope diameter f015025045065WHLI Internal12345678----///Model code examplesWHL025-I/1,4/SD12-01/14/BRZV80_90 (StdDLA-MinDLB-BT298-) C5MH RAL9005_50Adaptor flange - Unless otherwise specified, the oil is the synthetic ISO VG 150, provided by SHELL.All of this to guarantee the highest quality and reliability and to maintain consistent performance over time, according to the most recent low environmental impact laws. The oil suitable temperature range is from -20°C to 40°C. For other conditions, please contact the Brevini Sales Dept.In order to avoid oil spills during transport, the winches are supplied without the breather plug. Nevertheless, it can be mounted bythe customer, who will be provided with an adequate kit to install the breather in the suitableposition for the condition of use of the machine.Brevini Power Transmission suggests possibly positioning the breather plug as shown in the highlighted positions, by adapting it to the specific application (customer’s machinery).][2bar prpi Ph +== housing pressure = inlet pressure = outlet pressurePh pi pr The use of a proper hydraulic oil is recommended as well as a filter not exceeding 10 microns. The drawings illustrate control systems to be purchased by the customer, unless otherwise presence of the oil in the motor before starting.BRZV motors don’t feature build-in check valves. The (Ph) pressure on the HPS seal is the average between inlet and outlet pressure. If Ph exceeds rated figures (see graph on side), the drain line must be connected.32Comparative table: Less is more!WHL015-I/0,7WHL015-I/1,0WHL025-I/1,1WHL025-I/1,4WHL025-I/1,4E.Motor versionWHL025-I/2,0WHL045-I/2,0E.Motor versionWHL025-I/1,9WHL025-I/2,0Double speedversionWHL045-I/3,0WHL045-I/3,5WHL045-I/3,5long versionWHL045-I/3,5double speedversionWHL045-I/3,5double speed and long versionWHL065-I/4,0double speedversionWHL065-I/4,0WHL065-I/6,0 double speed versionWHL065-I/6,0[Kg]80007000600050004000300020001000Former SeriesNew WHL SeriesBWF1000-I/0,9BWF1500-I/1,8BWF2000-I/2,0BWF2000-I/2,5BWF3000-I/2,8BWF3000-I/3,0BWF6000-I/3,8BWF6000-I/5,1BWF6000-I/6,1BWF6000-I/6,1long versionBWF3000-I/3,3Square frameBWF3000-I/3,3BWF2000-I/2,5Square frameBWF2000-I/2,0Hydr. pressure rollerBWF1500-I/1,9 Square frameBWF1500-I/1,9 Square frame long versionBWF1000-I/1,0BWF1000-I/1,0Hydr. pressure rollerEGO025-I/0,9BW LineBWF LineEGO LineEGO025-I/1,1EGO025-I/1,3EGO045-I/2,4EGO045-I/1,9EGO045-I/2,9EGO045-I/2,3EGO045-I/2,7EGO065-I/2,7EGO065-I/3,2EGO065-I/4,1EGO065-I/3,2Integ. motorEGO025-I/1,8EGO025-I/0,9Square frameEGO025-I/1,1 Square frame EGO025-I/1,3 Square frameEGO045-I/2,4 Square frameEGO045-I/1,9 Square frame EGO045-I/2,9 Square frameEGO045-I/2,3 Square frameEGO045-I/2,7 Square frameEGO065-I/2,7 Square frameEGO065-I/3,2 Square frameEGO065-I/4,1 Square frameEGO065-I/3,2 Square frame Integ. motorEGO025-I/1,8 Square frame BWF1000-I/1,1Long versionBWF1500-I/1,6BWF1500-I/1,5BWF1500-I/1,6Square frameEGO025-I/1,6EGO025-I/1,6integ. motorEGO025-I/1,6 Square frame EGO025-I/1,6 Square frame Integ. motorBWF6000-I/6,0ItalyBrevini Centrosud00012 - Guidonia Montecelio (Roma) - ITALY Tel.: +39 - 0774 - 365246www.brevinicentrosud.it Emilia Romagna and Marche40012 – Lippo di Calderara di Reno (BO) – ITALYTel.: +39 - 051 - 725436Lombardia24050 - Lurano (BG) - ITALYTel.: +39 - 035 - 800430www.brevinilombarda.itPiemonte10143 Torino (TO) – ITALY Tel.: +39 - 011 7492045 Sicilia91025 Marsala (TP) – ITALYTel.: +39 - 0923 - 719721Veneto45021 - Badia Polesine (RO) - ITALYTel.: +39 - 0425 - 53593www.breviniveneta.itEuropeBrevini AustriaA-4300 Gutenhofen - AUSTRIA Tel.: +43 7435 52823**************************Brevini Benelux2408 AB - Alphen aan de Rijn - NETHERLANDSTel.: +31 - 172 - 476464www.brevinipowertransmission.nlBrevini DanmarkDK-2690 – Karlslunde - DENMARKTel.: +45 - 4615 - 4500www.brevini.dkBrevini España 28350 – Madrid - SPAIN Tel.: +34 - 91 - 8015165 Brevini Finland02270 – Espoo - FINLANDTel.: +358-20-743 1828www.brevini.fiBrevini Power Transmission France69516 - Vaulx en Velin Cedex - FRANCETel.: +33-04-72-81-25-55www.brevini-france.frBrevini IrelandAllenwood, Naas, Co.
