氧气传感器简单来说是一个密封容器(金属的或塑料的容器),它里面包含有两个电极:阴极是涂有活性催化剂的一片PTFE (聚四氟乙烯),阳极是一个铅块。
这个密封容器只在顶部有一个毛细微孔,允许氧气通过进入工作电极。
两个电极通过集电器被连接到传感器表面突出的两个引脚,而传感器通过这两个触角被连接到所应用的设备上。
传感器内充满电解质溶液,使不同种离子得以在电极之间交换(参见图1)。

当氧气到达工作电极时,它立刻被还原释放出氢氧根离子:O2 + 2H2O + 4e- " type="#_x0000_t75">4OH-这些氢氧根离子通过电解质到达阳极(铅),与铅发生氧化反应,生成对应的金属氧化物。
2Pb + 4OH- " type="#_x0000_t75">2PbO + 2H2O + 4e-上述两个反应发生生成电流,电流大小相应地取决于氧气反应速度(法拉第定律),可外接一只已知电阻来测量产生的电势差,这样就可以准确测量出氧气的浓度。
电化学反应中,铅极参与到氧化反应中,使得这些传感器具有一定的使用期限,一旦所有可利用的铅完全被氧化,传感器将停止运作。
通常氧气传感器的使用寿命为1-2 年,但也可以通过增加阳极铅的含量或限制接触阳极的氧气量来延长传感器的使用寿命。
毛细微孔氧传感器和分压氧传感器城市技术生产的氧气传感器根据进入传感器的氧气的扩散方式的不同分为两种,一种是在传感器顶部设有一毛细微孔,而另一种设有一层固体薄膜允许气体通过。

2.2 软件设定
电气连接完毕后,大概需要 10 到 15 分钟的操作准备时间,
按钮 Ent:进入菜单,每按一次进入下一个菜单;

3 日常维护
因为 D-508 特殊的设计,粘附在探杆上的粉尘不会对测量造成任何影响,因此需要的维护工 作非常低。可能造成仪器测量不准的主要因素在于机组投运时,燃烧大量汽油,汽油燃烧后的胶 质包裹探杆造成一定的测量误差,这时只需拔出探杆擦拭即可,必要时可以用细砂纸进行处理。

使用时请仔细盖紧盖板不能留有缝隙。
如果要进行很精确的气体测试时,请选用比本产品气密性更高的试验箱。
测试时如果将类似于气体报警器这样体积较大的设备放入试验箱的话,可能因为试验箱的有效容积减少而导致气体浓度制备出现误差。
由于氨气、VOC 、有机溶剂蒸汽等吸附性很强的气体很容易吸附在试验箱的内壁之上,因此本产品不适用于这些气体的测试用途。
吸附于箱内壁的气体液化后,有可能导致试验箱内的气体浓度下降。
有必要对吸附性很强的气体进行测试时,请选用箱内壁采用了气体不容易附着材质的试验箱,或对箱内壁进行过涂层处理的试验箱。
如果已经向本试验箱内注入了吸附性很强的气体,为了在使用后去除附着的气体,请用酒精擦拭试验箱内部,然后对内部用洁净空气进行长时间换气等的妥善处置。
如果在高温、低温或极度的低湿度与高湿度的室内环境进行测试的话,气体传感器的测定值可能会受到影响。
请在测试前对各型号传感器规格进行确认。
本试验箱没有防爆设计。
请勿在对气体爆炸下限为(LEL) 50%以上浓度的可燃性气体进行测试时使用。
本试验箱无法保证绝对完全的密闭状态。
请勿在对可能危及人身安全的高浓度毒性气体进行测试时使用。
在用于对可燃性气体进行测试时请务必注意防火措施,同时试验箱向外排气时请在可以充分换气的场所进行。
而且,为确保安全,请考虑采取设置气体报警器等措施。
尤其是在用于对毒性气体进行测试的用途时,请务必在能够保证充分换气的场所进行。

Poisoning
CiTiceLs are designed for operation in a wide range of environments and harsh conditions. However, it is important that exposure to high concentrations of solvent vapours is avoided, both during storage, fitting into instruments and operation.
When using sensors with printed circuit boards (PCBs), degreasing agents should be used before the sensor is fitted. Do not glue directly on or near the CiTiceL as the solvent may cause crazing of the plastic.
