Precondition 前提条件: All components & sub-assemblies have to comply with their relevant product standards and be approved by a neutral & independent certification body. 所有的元器件和部件都必须满足相应的产品标准并获得中立第三方认证机构的批准。 If this precondition is not fulfilled, further verification tests are necessary. 如果不能达到此前提条件，则需要附加的确认测试。
