中央电视台希望之星英语风采大赛（精选文档）(文档可以直接使用，也可根据实际需要修改使用,可编辑欢迎下载）中央电视台希望之星英语风采大赛浙江省温州赛区组委会文件温第（2021）06号关于举办2021年度中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛温州市永嘉分赛区选拔赛的通知各中、小学校、幼儿园：2021年度中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛（以下简称大赛）由中央电视台发起主办，目前已成功举办10年，大赛以“成长比成绩更重要，体验比名次更珍贵”为宗旨，以“培养兴趣、增强信心、展示风采、树立榜样”为目的，旨在选拔全国大中小学、幼儿园及成人英语爱好者中的佼佼者，展示我国英语教学的现状，寻找未来中国代言人，创造良好的语言环境。
大赛定于2021年1月至6月在全国举行，永嘉分赛区选拔赛由永嘉实验中学承办，并于2021年3月至4月在永嘉举行，欢迎踊跃报名参赛。
永嘉分赛区将设幼儿组、小一组、小二组、小三组、小四组、小五组、小六组、初中组、高中组共九个组别；其中幼儿组不参加全国总决赛，小学组在晋级浙江省总决赛和全国总决赛时以小学1-3年级和4-6年级两组为单位选送；温州赛区前十强选手晋级浙江省总决赛，最终省决赛前五强晋级全国总决赛。
温州分赛区已成功举办四届，为两万余名选手提供了锻炼和展示机会，这次活动有益于我市大、中、小、幼儿园学生英语教育和全民英语学习的热潮推动，望有关单位给予大力支持，配合做好大赛的各项工作，组委会将根据选手成绩和组织情况在赛后评选出最佳组织单位奖和最佳指导老师奖。

2012年度中央电视台安徽“希望之星”英语风采大赛标准操作手册本文档最新修改时间：2011年9月15日安徽赛区组委会华中好编辑整理集团自2006起承办每年一届的中央电视台安徽“希望之星”英语风采大赛（以下简称大赛），已历六届。
每届大赛皆有创新与失误，可喜的是，每年的赛事都有不小的进步——体现在规模的增加、流程的清晰、组织的有序，当然，最大的进步是真正做到了“以赛促招”，虽然这中间还有很大空间可以提升。
2012年度是集团承办的安徽省第七届比赛，相对住年比赛而言，本届比赛真正冲出了以往的框架，以一种傲人的全新的姿态出现，组委会率先在全国采用了不收费的模式，这是一种尝试更是一个巨大的挑战，组委会全体无不惶恐，惶恐何来？皆因无章可寻、无样可参，如此一来，越新的模式越大的风险，越大的风险，越依赖于管理——精细的过程控制。
回想集团自2008年来的发展，教务与招生两大系统已趋完善，在此基础上，集团的营业额才能逐年翻番。
系统完善体现在两个方面——规范和执行。
细看教务系统，规范已涵盖教学的方方面面，详细到老师的每节课的每一分钟，正是拥有了如此细致的操作规范，我们才可以做到教学质量的保证和家长口碑的认可。
相比之下，已历六届的大赛，除了每年留下为数不多零碎的文件外，其他的只是部分实际操作者的感受或者个人的经验，如此依赖个人经验的操作，加之全新的模式，大赛的成功愈显飘渺。
办法总比困难多，蔡总在2011年度大赛中已经提出的改进方案——编写《标准大赛操作手操》。
将六年之经验化做标准可操作的条文，配以严格的执行考核。
如此一来，大赛便有了精细的过程控制，目标变的清晰可寻，这便是《标准大赛操作手册》的来源和意义。
这是《标准大赛操作手册》的“首秀”，虽然已尽量做到全、新、细，但因时间及能力所限，不免有诸多问题。
望各位大赛实际的操作者，不问对错，执行为先，经过自身的实践来找出不足提出改进，而在具体操作之前，任何不同之意见敬请保留。

复赛比赛形式初中组：看图说话2分钟准备，1分钟说明时间、即兴问答1分钟看图说话看图说话是复赛题型。
要求学生根据在主持人那里抽出的图片内容，在规定的时间内完成对图片内容的讲述。
在讲述完成后，应回答评委的提问。
评委根据学生的讲述和问题回答的情况打分。
所讲内容应具备以下要点：符合图画、主题鲜明，表达完整，思维清晰，逻辑性强，观点明确。
讲述过程应具备：感情充沛，富有表现力，发音正确，语音语调标准，仪态大方。
问题回答应表现出：反映敏捷，回答准确。
一.看图说话的准备首先是根据所给图确立一个题目或一个话题，有明确的立意。
本次看图说话比赛是根据组别不同分为看图或看漫画说话。
如要进行此类比赛则必须对各个方面加以准备，如：学会观察、善于构思、句型熟练、用词得体等。
找好立意点，拟订题目、紧扣图画、结合生活。
应从自己熟悉的易于自己把握较小话题来思考，同时可从多角度和多侧面来观察，找好切入点，将题目细化和具体化，围绕立意拟出看图说话的提纲（在比赛时应在自己头脑中建立一个简单的提纲），构思和组织好说话的结构。
平常训练时应学会根准备是根据图画拟订好题目，养成编写提纲的习惯，注意图画材料的收集与整理。
其中最好的方法就是有计划的阅读大量的相关看图说话的英语原文资料以及各类英语报刊杂志中配有图画的材料，在看时一定要进行分析，了解别人的技巧，看图说话能力的培养是一个循序渐进的过程，需要耐心加坚持，同时也是培养英语思维的过程，对提高英语的口头表达能力和书面表达能力是至关重要的。
业余时间要利用有关资源与材料（如图书，报刊，杂志或网络资源等），收集所需的内容，然后对材料加以整理或进行梳理，以备不时之需。
二.如何进行看图说话具备看图说话的知识和技巧，观察得出结论和在头脑中形成提纲才只是看图说话的基础，要成功地完成任务则还需要进行严格的训练。
训练时，应注意要领，训练技巧和肢体语言，多观摩历届“希望之星”等英语演讲的录像，了解并按照比赛平分标准严格的模拟训练；观察讲演过程是否具备以下特点：符合图画、主题鲜明，立意明确，表达完整，思维清晰，逻辑性强，感情充沛，富有表现力，发音正确，语音语调标准，反映敏捷，回答准确，着装整洁，仪态大方等。
除此之外，还要有良好的心理素质。
多进行模拟训练，有良好的心理素质，才能更好的表现自己，取得演讲的良好的效果。
有的同学能讲一口地道的美式或英式英语，但由于缺乏良好的心理素质而怯场，甚至在比赛中紧张的说不出话或有一些不良的举止而被淘汰出局。
有了充分的准备，即兴看图说话就不太难了。
在整个过程中还要注意一些与讲演相同的要领与技巧，如自己与评委和听众目光的接触，声音的抑扬顿挫，和肢体语言的配合等；一定要恰当，不要太多，否则回喧宾夺主，影响演讲效果。
掌握了这些要领，有了充分的知识储备，再加上良好的心理素质，一定会成功三、看图说话的技巧看图说话训练是说话训练的一种主要形式。
它是在让选手充分观察图画、思考图意的基础上进行的口头表达训练。
看图说话训练必须突出看、思、说三大主体环节。
看是感知画面形象，获取说话材料；思考是接受画面形象，并将其经过内化转换为语言的信息的过程；说是观察和思维综合化的语言外观，是此项训练的终极目标。
1、看图，感知图画内容，获取说话材料1）选手按一定顺序或方法整体感知图画，通过主次区分识别图画的主要内容，把握图画的中心主题。
观察单幅图，要在看懂图上画些什么的基础上，分清主要画的是什么；如果观察多幅图，就要把几幅图统一起来看，弄清它们共同反映的是什么。
2）观察图画的背景或细节，多方位多侧面地搞清背景、细节等在图中的作用。
一般来说，图上事物，无论主次都有其作用。
它们有的点明时间、地点，有的烘托环境、气氛，有的衬托主体事物，准确反映事物间的联系等等。
这些情况都要引导学生仔细观察，全面分析。
3）在全面观察图画的基础上，通过逻辑分析，弄清图画各部分之间或图与图之间的联系。
图中的事物要么主次相依，要么主客相伴，要么人景互衬，要么物景互托，它们总是紧密联系在一起的。
正是这些联系，才使图画的内容丰满，含义丰富。
所以要找准联系点，搞清所反映的内容的实质，为说话打下坚实的基础。
2、思考，依据图画，设问激思，优化信息转换语言与思维是相互关联、协同发展的。
要在看图之后有“话”可说，就得想法激活思维、通过思维把看图中所感知的画面形象转换为语言信息。
激活思维的方法很多，最基本的方法是设问激思。
1）紧扣图画的主要对象或中心主题设问，激发思维的敏捷性，增强说话的准确性的目的性。
可提出这样的问题：图上画了些什么？主要画的是什么？主要事物有什么突出特点？2）针对图画非主要事物（背景、细节等）设问，激发思维的广泛性，丰富说话内容，增强说话的条理性。
如：除了主要事物外，图上还画了些什么？它们各有什么作用？如果把它们去掉行不行？为什么？3）抓住图中事物间的联系或图与图间的联系设问，激发思维的灵活性，增强说话的新颖性。
如：图中的事物是怎样联系在一起的？这样联系起来有什么好处？它们联系起来共同说明了什么？4）根据画外之意或画中情景设问，激发思维深入，增强说话的力度，确立讲话的主题。
如：观察这幅（组）图后想到些什么？根据画面意思，将会出现什么结果？以上思考是一个综合而复杂的思维活动。
思考时要经历先纵后横、纵横交织，先点后面、点面结合的思维整合。
这个整合要把图画的画面形象从不同侧面进行一次一次地分解加工，从而使图中的事物由灵活活现的立体形象转换为条清理晰的语言信息。
3、由易到难，分步训练，实现言语表达，培养说话能力1）根据上述思考“1”中的问题，按顺序说说图画的主要内容。
这一步旨在为整个说话构建主体。
说多少是多少，只求说对说准，不求说好说细。
2）在“主体”上添枝加叶，把话说得具体些、详细些。
即按照思考“2”中的提示，说清图中的背景、细节等非主要事物的特点、作用。
3）适当选用描述、说明、议论、抒情等方法，把话说得生动些、新颖些。
要针对说话实际，进一步提炼内涵，挖掘讲演深度，体现讲演的感染性。
从中体会用上描述、说明、议论、抒情的好处。
这里要注意两点：一是没有固定说话模式，没有统一的表达；二是在具体的语言实例中感知、体会。
4）鼓励根据图意进行联想或想象，将主题表现充分，把话说得形象些。
通过联想、想象说出图画的画外之意或图中深意，以丰富说话的情感内涵，增强说话的形象性和感染力。
