通常,它可以承担的几项主要功能包括电路调谐、阻抗匹配、高通和低通滤波器,还可以用作RF扼流圈。
选择在设计中使用RF电感的电子工程师有多种选择。
为了简化这种选择,本文将讨论电感元件的各种类型及其常见用法。
RF电感的用途大部分电子器件都含有RF电感。
“为了跟踪动物,在我们家养动物的皮肤中植入的玻璃管内部都含有一个电感”,普莱默公司的一位研发工程师 Maria del Mar Villarrubia说,“每次启动汽车的时候两个电感之间都会产生无线通信,一个在汽车内部,另一个在钥匙内部。

RF电感也可以用于阻抗匹配应用,以便实现数据传输线的阻抗平衡。

简单来说,RF扼流圈是个低通滤波器,它会给较高的频率造成衰减,而较低的频率则畅通无阻。
Q值是什么在讨论电感性能时,Q值是最重要的衡量指标。
Q值是一种衡量电感性能的指标,它是一个无量纲的参数,用于比较振荡频率和能量损耗速率。
Murata公司的高级产品经理Deryl J. Kimbro说:“Q值越高,电感的性能就越接近于理想的无损电感。
也就是说,它在谐振电路中的选择性更好。
”高Q值的另一个好处是损耗低,也就是说电感消耗的能量少。
低Q值会造成带宽较宽,而且在振荡频率处及其附近的谐振幅度较低。
电感值除了Q因子以外,电感的真正的量度当然是它的电感值。
对于音频和电源应用而言,电感取值通常是数亨利,而高频率应用通常需要小得多的电感,通常在毫亨或微亨范围内。

这在理论上是对的,但在实际应用中却不然。
本文介绍电容电感易受影响的一些参数以及系统设计人员必须了解的知识,并讨论如何为最小但最高效的便携式电源系统解决方案选择外部元件。
二、选择电感为便携式电源应用选择电感,需要考虑的最重要的三点是:尺寸大小、尺寸大小,第三还是尺寸大小。
移动电话的电路板面积十分紧俏珍贵,随着MP3 播放器、电视和视频等各种功能被增加到电话中时,尤其如此。
功能增加也将增加电池的电流消耗量。

电感的主要规格除尺寸大小外,还有开关频率下的电感值、线圈的直流阻抗(DCR)、额定饱和电流、额定rms电流、交流阻抗(ESR)以及Q因子。
根据应用的不同,电感类型的选择――屏蔽式或非屏蔽式――也是很重要的。
类似于电容中的直流偏置,厂商A的2.2μH电感可能与厂商B的完全不同。
在相关温度范围内电感值与直流电流的关系是一条非常重要的曲线,必需向厂商索取。
在这条曲线上可以查到额定饱和电流(ISAT)。
ISAT一般定义为电感值降量为额定值的30%时的直流电流。
某些电感生产商没有规定ISAT。
他们可能之给出了温度高于环境温度40 ?C时的直流电流。
DCR引起传导损耗,在输出电流较高时影响效率。
ESR随工作频率的提高而增加,在输出电流较小时影响占主导地位的开关损耗。
ESR与Q因子成正比。
相同频率下,低ESR电感的Q因子更高。
在电感满足所有其它规格时,为什么系统设计人员还应考虑ESR和Q因子呢?当开关频率超过2MHz时,必需格外关注电感的交流损耗。

电感元件的特性、种类及参数识别方法图文说明1. 电感特性电感器,简称电感,是将电能转换为磁能并储存起来的元件,在电子系统和电子设备中必不可少。
其基本特性如下:通低频、阻高频、通直流、阻交流。
也就是说,高频信号通过电感线圈时会遇到很大的阻力,很难通过,而对低频信号通过它时所呈现的阻力则比较小,即低频信号可以较容易地通过它。
电感线圈对直流电的电阻几乎为零。
电感在电路中主要用于耦合、滤波、缓冲、反馈、阻抗匹配、振荡、定时、移相等。
电感在电路原理图中,电感常用符号“L”或“T”表示,不同类型的电感在电路原理图中通常采用不同的符号来表示。

他们之间的换算关系为:1H=103mH=106μH=109nH。
(1)直标法直标法是将电感的标称电感量用数字和文字符号直接标在电感体上,电感量单位后面的字母表示偏差。
如图1.16所示。
图1.16 电感直标法(2)文字符号法文字符号法是将电感的标称值和偏差值用数字和文字符号法按一定的规律组合标示在电感体上。
采用文字符号法表示的电感通常是一些小功率电感,单位通常为nH 或μH。
用μH做单位时,“R”表示小数点;用“nH”做单位时,“N”表示小数点。
图1.17文字符号法(3)色标法色标法是在电感表面涂上不同的色环来代表电感量(与电阻类似),通常用三个或四个色环表示。
识别色环时,紧靠电感体一端的色环为第一环,露出电感体本色较多的另一端为末环。
注意:用这种方法读出的色环电感量,默认单位为微亨(μH)。
图1.18电感色标法色环电感的标注方法基本与色环电阻是一致的,只是从外观上面看上去,色环电感比色环电阻看上去会更加粗一些。

电感的直流电阻指在无交流信号下测得的电阻。 在电感设计中,都要求使直流电阻尽可能的小。其量度单位是欧姆,通常 标称为最大值。 IDC (额定电流):
额定电流表征了通过电感的直流电流的强度,包括温升容许电流和磁饱和 电流两方面的内容。 温升容许电流的大小取决于电感直流电阻,直流电阻越小则温升容许电流 越大。 磁饱和电流则定义为电感在通入外加电流而导致电感量下降一定幅度时的 电流值。电感磁体材料和线圈结构的设计会影响磁饱和电流的大小。 对于磁芯为非磁性材料的电感来说,通入电流不会导致电感量下降,因而 其额定电流仅由温升容许电流定义。

自谐频率是指电感的分布电容和电感量发生谐振的频点。在这个频率下,电 感感抗与分布电容容抗相等并且互相抵消,整体表现为电抗为零,在自谐频 率处电感失去储能能力而表现出高阻的纯电阻特性。即在自谐频率点电感的 Q值为零。 自谐频率用MHz来定义,在产品资料中以最小值登录。 补充说明:电信号选择阻抗低的通路传输。当频率低时,沿着导体的电感通 路阻抗更低(ZL=2πfL),所以器件在低频时呈现为电感的特性;频率高时, 从电极层间或电极与端电极之间的容性阻抗更低( ZC=1/2πfC ),因此器件 在高频时呈现为电容特性。 这两种情况相互转换的频率即自谐频率,此频率的信号在电感内部发生谐振, 由于器件的直流电阻(高频时还要考虑趋肤效应)和材料损耗存在,发生谐 振的信号将逐渐衰减,其能量以热的形式耗散。

电感的Q值是电感相对损耗的一个度量,被称为“品质因子”。它的定义是电 感储能与耗能的比值,即电抗与有效电阻的比值,如下公式
其中,XL为电感的电抗,包括感抗和容抗两部分;Re(电阻)主要由电感线圈 的直流电阻、磁芯损耗以及介电损耗等组成。
XL(电抗)和 Re(电阻)都是频率的函数,所以指定Q值时必须给定测试频率。 低频时电抗随着频率的增长比电阻快,在高频时下降得也快。因此Q值与频率 的关系会形成一个钟形的曲线。
