Th at’s why also have sore eyes and have a sore back. You can't sleep well, either. You don’t know what you should do. Let me give you some advice.
I think you should take breaks away from the computer. You shouldn't play them for long time. It’s a waste of time. And it’s bad for your eyes and your health. You'd better do eye exercises to relax your eyes. How about doing some sports instead of play computer games? Why not go to bed earlier every night ? I believe if you do like this, you will feel well soon.

You know I 'm a book lover. I could read by myself at the age of four.
I 'm strong in reading. In my free time, I like to read many books, so I'd like to help out as a volunteer in your after-school reading program. (I want to try out for a volunteer after-school reading program.) I love kids, and I can get on well with them. I'd like to help them learn to read and teach them how to read better. Unit 3 Could you please clean your room?
About doing chores
These days, we’re talking about doing chores while we’re having our English class. Here are my ideas/ opinions.
Firstly,I think students should do some chores at home. It’s not enough to just get good grades at school. Of course, it’s important for students to study hard. Secondly, I think it’s unfair for students to expect our parents to work hard outside and do all the housework at home. We students should at least do some simple chores to help our busy parents. For example, we can make our own beds, clean the room when we are free. Thirdly, doing chores also helps to develop kids’ independence and to know how to look after ourselves.
In a word, the earlier kids learn to be independent, the better it is for their future. As a student, I hope all of us can do some chores after school from now on.
Unit 4 Why don’t you talk to your parents?
Dear Mike,
You tell me you find your deskmate often looking through your things without telling you. And you are always fighting with him. You want to know how to solve the problem. Here is some advice on how to work it out.
It’s normal for you to be angry with your deskmate. Why not talk about your feelings with your teacher? Maybe he or she could help you out. And you’d better sit down and communicate with him. You could tell him to say sorry to you and explain that you mind it. Fighting can not solve the problem. I think it’s not a big deal. Could you please forget about it so that you can be good friends again.

Do you still remember what you were doing when something important happened? Let me tell you my special experience.
When I was in the sixth grade, I joined a piano competition. I practiced for four hours every day and my piano teacher came three times a week to help me. Then the big day finally arrived. I was so nervous when they called my name. I went up and started to play. While I was playing, everyone sat still and listened. I played the song without any mistakes. Then I waited for them to call out the winner. When I heard my name, my heart beat so quickly. I thought I would stop breathing. I couldn't believe it. I won! It was the happiest day of my life!
This is my unusual experience. What about yours?
