due to the prehensiveness of hina’s “reform and open” poliies, eonomis plas an inreasingl important role in the development of its global position. though more and more panies built, management of panies annot ath up ith the development of the panies. management is a burgeoning field

in hina, so i hope i an aquire more modern knoledge on management in england.the roots of m strong interest in business an be traed bak to m hildhood. m father as among the first of hin a’s ne breed of modern entrepreneurs. as a oung girl, it as inspirational hearing about his business ventures, and meeting the varied and interesting irle of entrepreneurs. m mother as also involved in business as an aountant, helping him ith simple alulations. and so it as earl in m life that i hoped i, also, ould someda be able to enter the realm of business.

ith the time of groing up, i preferred reading books to satisf m uriosit. i never eased to ontemplate over the questions i enountered. subjets on business and management

beame a speial fasination to me and m knoledge of psholog as ell as interest in this field as inreasing rapidl.

as a high shool student in hina, i had to onentrate on the ollege entrane examination , even so, books not related

to the exams ere never exluded from m life. unfortunatel hen sitting in the exam in june, xx, i as so nervous that i didn’t sore ell in the ee exam. i enrolled in the department of puter siene in zhejiang ollege of traditional hinese mediine. an attempt to persuade mself to fous on m major turned out to be a failure at

the beginning of m ollege life. after several terms, i realized

that i ould never be interested in being a programmer or an engineer. at that moment, i lost m diretion and objetives.

m persistene in reading saved me from the dark situation. as a matter of fat, i enjoed reading the books inluded enlopedia amerian, and some books about management b peter

f.druker. i began to notie something interesting: h some panies an produe more than others? h some pan an sell more than others? h some panies an build up but others annot hen faing the same diffiulties?

ith the questions in m mind, i started to read man relevant books. i as luk to read the book “jak: straight from the gut”b jak elh, in hih john a. brne makes a lear

i as a junior, i ran a bookshop b mself near m shool. i

should manage not onl the finane in the shop but also the emploees in m shop even made some strategies to enlarge the business in m shop to hold on the run the shop. from this, m interpersonal skills and the apait in business has been

greatl developed, definitel i as inreasingl interested in hat i as doing. b deember, xx, i had finall determined to take business management as m areer instead of it. to aumulate

more relevant knoledge, i strived to gain more pratial ork experiene in some big panies.

fortunatel, as a senior, i began b onduting an internship in the arhiteture pan in zhejiang provine. over six months, i orked as an assistant of the manager to harmonize the relationship beteen the different departments in this pan and to draft some management sstem, hih broadened m perspetive of management

onditions and business performane in different industries. the

experiene shoed me that management is muh more important than that of i thought in big panies. after graduation, i ontinued m ork in this pan. in ma, xx, the pan offered me an opportunit to partiipate in an training program held b a famous management shool. through in-depth disussions ith
