1．设备用途（equipment purpose）

空气电加热器是利用电能转化成热能的主体设备，具有能源供应方便、转换效率高、结构紧凑、温度自动控制、运行可靠、便于维护、无污染等特点，是一种新型的热交换器。主要用于加热空气，广泛应用在燃煤发电厂静电除尘器灰斗、灰库；冶金、建材、混凝土搅拌站的粉状物料库的气化空气的加热，也适合于石油化工、轻纺、食品、电子、机械等行业使用热空气的场所。

Electric air heater is equipment which is using electric energy transform to heat energy, it has characteristic like convenience supply of energy sources, good transform efficiency, tighten structure, automation of temperature, credibility running, easy to maintenance and no-pollution, that is a new type heat exchanger.

Mostly using in heat up air, and using in ESP hopper and ash silo in power plant; using in heat up gasify air of powder materials in metallurgy, building materials, concrete mix station, and also fit for all the heating air location in petroleum chemical, textile, foodstuff, electron, engine industry.

2. 性能特点（Capability Characteristic）

本加热器是由管状容器、电热元件和导流隔板及温度控制器组成。管状容器按照压力容器标准制造，可承受较高的压力。加热元件使用改性氧化镁粉绝缘，在常温下不吸潮，该加热器具有很大的换热面积，其换热面积为常规加热器的8倍，且具有结构先进、热效率高、机械强度好、耐腐、耐磨等特点。筒体内安装了导流隔板，能使空气在流通时受热充分、均匀。

该加热器运行温度低，安全可靠，使用寿命长。

该系统适用于对一般气体的加热输送（不包括可燃气体）。

低温气体从进气口进入，通过加热单元使气体加热，然后由出气口送出经过加热产生高温气体。加热的气体温度由二次表来根据需要调整。本系统

采用两段加热的形式，即其中一段为主加热单元，另一段为控制加热单元。

The electric air heater is made up of pipe type vessel, electric organ, flow-guide clapboard and temperature controller. The pipe type vessel is manufactured according to pressure vessel standard, so it can undertake high pressure. Electric organ is using denaturalization magnesia to insulation, so it’s not absorbing damp under normal temperature. This electric air heater has large heat-exchange area, and other heat area is 8 times to general heater, and has the characteristic like advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, good machine intension, corrosion prevention and wearable. There is flow-guide clapboard installed in tube body, it made air heat sufficiency and equality when currency. The electric air heater has low running temperature, safe and reliable and has long using life. This equipment is suit for heating and conveying common air (not including flammable air). Low temperature air enter from air inlet, to heat up air through heat unit, and then give high temperature air from air outlet. The temperature of air is adjusted according to instrument. This equipment adopt the form of two heating unit, namely, one is main heating unit, the other is control heating unit.

注意: ①启动时：必须在风机先启动后，才能启动加热装置。

停止时：必须先关闭加热装置后，再关闭风机。

②气化风压力≤85.0KPa。

3．操作使用（operation and using）

3.1 首先检查设备的状况是否良好，如一切正常，合上控制箱内的空气
