5 试验条件
TEST CONDITION
5.1 检查确认系统安装合格。
Inspect and confirm the installation is normal.
5.2 系统密性试验校验合格。
Air pressure test for the system concerned are to be made and submitted for
acceptance.
5.3 系统中辅助装置应按照设计的要求安装到位,阀门应处于相应的开启或者关闭状
态。
Check and confirm the accessories of system have been installed completely according to design requirement, and each valve should be opened or closed
5.4 应能够向生活污水处理装置提供试验用海水。
Should be able to provide the sea water used in the test to the sanitary sewage treating plant
5.5 试验前,记录电机冷态绝缘电阻,试验时记录启动电流和工作电流、工作电压,试
验后记录电机热态绝缘电阻。
Before and after test, the insulation resistance of fresh water circulating pump should be measured and the during the test to measure the current and voltage of motor.
6 试验内容
本次试验采用海水为介质进行模拟试验。机泵舱的防海生物系统效用试验以海水
为介质。
The analog test will be carried out by seawater. The function test of anti-fouling system for M/R & P/R to be carried out by seawater.
6.1 点动粉碎泵和排泄泵,确定电机转向正确。
Open the macerator and the discharge pump, and ensure its turning direction
correct.
6.2.1 开关选择自动模式,打开V-1箱(污水储存缓冲箱)上部海水管路上的阀门,向V-1
箱注入海水,当箱内水位达到中液位时,电磁阀EV-2打开,粉碎泵自动起动,记录
此时液位高度。
Choose the AUTO-mode, open the seawater piping valve under the V-1 tank(the surge tank), when filling the V-1 tank with seawater to the middle level, the
electromagnetic valve EV-2 will open, the macerator will be started automatically, and record the height of the liquid level.
6.2.2 观察V-2(污水溢流箱)箱液位状况,低液位时,排泄泵不会起动,当箱内达到高
液位时,电磁阀EV-1打开,排泄泵自动起动,记录此时液位高度。
Observe the liquid level of the V-2 tank(the sewage overflow tank), discharge
pump can’t be started on the low liquid level, the electromagnetic valve EV-1 will be opened on the high liquid level, the discharge pump will be started
automatically, and record the height of the liquid level.
6.2.3 关闭粉碎泵与电解槽之间的阀门,V-1箱中的水位逐渐升高,观察当V-1箱中达到高
液位时的报警状况。
