英语的三分钟演讲稿例文
英语的三分钟演讲稿例文Hello everyone,Good afternoon. I am honored to stand here today to deliver a three-minute speech in English. First of all, I want to express my gratitude for this opportunity to share my thoughts with you.As we all know, English is a global language that is widely used in different fields such as business, education, and communication. Therefore, it is important for us to learn and master English to keep pace with the world.Personally, I started to learn English when I was in primary school. At that time, I found it challenging to memorize new words and grammar rules. However, I didn’t give up because I understand the benefits of being bilingual. With persistence and hard work, I gradually improved my English proficiency over the years.Nowadays, speaking English has become a vital skill for me in my daily life and future career development. I can use English to communicate with people from different countries, read books and articles in English, and even pursue a higher degree in an English-speaking country. In addition, I believe that learning a new language is not only about the practical advantages but also about the cultural richness. English language and culture are closely related, and by learning English, I can also appreciate and understand the literature, music, and art of English-speaking countries. To conclude, learning English is a valuable investment for us, and it requires time and effort. But, as the old saying goes,。

三分钟英语演讲稿篇1Dear teachers and students:Good afternoon, everyone!Sometimes I will quietly think about what life is. A person comes to this world naked and leaves the world with his bare hands, turns into dust and goes into the universe. A person is just a passer-by of the whole world, whether he is poor or rich. When people come to this world, they will leave something to prove that we have come, study hard and strive for our own ideals. In fact, a persons life is in your own hands, all of which depends on how you do it. Life is in our hands, bold forward, efforts may not be successful, but give up will certainly fail.We should choose a good life when we are young, so that we can have a strong driving force for the learning in front of us.Choosing life is no more than choosing a job. There are two ways to choose your life. For example, choosing life is like buying an egg, picking a fresh egg or buying a rotten egg. It depends on your choice. With a long history and ups and downs, the cruelty of Xia Jie, Shang Zhou and Zhou has long been infamous; Wen Tianxiang died for the country for a long time; Lu Bu killed the Lord and betrayed him and became his father. Zhuge Liang went out of Qishan six times and devoted himself to his death, which is a good storyThe choice of life is only between one thought, life needs to choose, but also needs the right choice.三分钟英语演讲稿篇2Everybody good afternoon:First of all thank the teacher gave me a story in my own future ideal job.Everyone has a dream job. My dream is to become a boss, own a company. In order to achieve my dreams, I need to find a good job, to accumulate some experience and wealth, it is the necessary thingsOf course, in the school good achievement and rich knowledge is also very important. Good achievement and rich experience can let me work to make the right choice, have more opportunities and achievements. At the same time, communication is very important, because it determines whether my company has a good future development. So I need to exercise their communicative ability. I need to use all of the free time to learn all. Because I believe, there is nothing in the world can shake my determination. You will be successful, as your own efforts. So seize the time, we have no time to in the world can change their patience (confidence )。

英文三分钟的演讲稿(3篇)
第1篇Ladies and gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is my great honor to stand before you today and share my thoughts on the power of education. Education is not just about acquiring knowledge and skills; it is a transformative force that can shape our lives, societies, and the world we live in. In this speech, I will discuss the importance of education, its benefits, and how it can be a key to a better future.Firstly, education is essential for personal development. It equips us with the necessary tools to understand the world around us and to make informed decisions. Through education, we learn how to think critically, analyze situations, and solve problems. These skills are crucial in our daily lives, as they help us navigate through various challenges and adapt to change. Moreover, education fosters creativity, curiosity, and a passion for lifelong learning. It empowers us to explore our interests, discover our talents, and pursue our dreams.Secondly, education plays a significant role in the development of societies. Educated individuals contribute to the economic growth and stability of a nation. They are more likely to secure better employment opportunities, earn higher incomes, and improve their standard of living. This, in turn, leads to reduced poverty and inequality. Education also promotes social cohesion and reduces conflicts, as it encourages empathy, tolerance, and respect for diversity. In a globalized world, educationis the key to building bridges between cultures and fostering international cooperation.Furthermore, education is a powerful tool for empowering women and promoting gender equality. In many parts of the world, women are still marginalized and denied access to education. However, when women are educated, they become agents of change, breaking the cycle of povertyand discrimination. Educated women are more likely to invest in their children’s education, improve their family’s health, and contribute to the overall well-being of their communities. In addition to its social and economic benefits, education has a profound impact on environmental sustainability. Educated individuals are more aware of environmental issues and are better equipped to address them. They can make informed decisions about energy consumption, waste management, and conservation efforts. By promoting environmental education, we can cultivate a generation of responsible citizens who are committed to preserving our planet for future generations. To harness the power of education, we must address several challenges. Firstly, there is a global education crisis, with millions of children, particularly girls, still denied access to quality education. This is unacceptable and must be tackled through increased investment in education, particularly in developing countries. Secondly, we need to ensure that education is inclusive and equitable, catering to the diverse needs of all learners. This includes addressing the challenges faced by students with disabilities, from marginalized communities, and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.Lastly, we must focus on the quality of education. Simply increasing the number of schools and teachers is not enough. We need to invest in teacher training, curriculum development, and infrastructure to ensure that students receive a well-rounded, relevant education. Technology can play a significant role in this regard, as it can provide access to information and resources that were previously unavailable. In conclusion, education is a powerful force that can transform our lives, societies, and the world we live in. It is essential for personal development, social progress, and environmental sustainability. By addressing the challenges we face, we can harness the power of education and create a better future for all. Let us work together to ensure that every child has access to quality education and the opportunity to realize their full potential.Thank you.第2篇Ladies and gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is my great honor to stand before you today to discuss a topic that is as relevant as it is challenging: embracing change. Change is the only constant in life, and it is through our ability to adapt and embrace it that we can achieve personal growth and contribute to the betterment of our global community. In the words of the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus, "Change is the only constant in life." This profound statement holds true across all aspects of our existence. From the seasons changing to the advancements in technology, change is inevitable. However, it is how we respond to change that truly defines us.Firstly, let us consider the personal aspect of embracing change. Lifeis a journey filled with ups and downs, and change often arrives as a catalyst for growth. When we encounter a new challenge, it is natural to feel apprehensive or uncomfortable. However, it is through these moments of discomfort that we can discover our true potential.Imagine a child learning to walk. The first few steps are unsteady and often accompanied by a few tumbles. But as the child persists, they gradually learn to walk with confidence and even run. Similarly, when we embrace change, we are taking those first few tentative steps towards a more robust and capable self.Embracing change in our personal lives can manifest in various ways. It could be as simple as learning a new skill, pursuing a different career path, or even starting a new hobby. These changes can lead to personal development, fostering resilience, and opening doors to new opportunities. By being open to change, we become lifelong learners, constantly evolving and adapting to the world around us.Now, let us turn our attention to the global community. The world welive in today is more interconnected than ever before. With the advent of technology, we can communicate and collaborate with people from all corners of the globe. This interconnectedness brings both immense benefits and challenges. One of the greatest challenges we face as a global community is climate change. The planet is undergoing rapid changes due to human activity, and the consequences are dire. To combat this crisis, we must embrace change collectively. This means adopting sustainable practices, investing in renewable energy, and promoting environmental conservation.Furthermore, embracing change on a global scale also involves addressing social and economic inequalities. By fostering inclusivity and providing opportunities for all, we can create a more equitable world. This requires governments, organizations, and individuals to work together, challenging the status quo and breaking down barriers that prevent progress. In conclusion, embracing change is essential for both personal and global growth. By being open to change, we can unlock our potential, discover new opportunities, and contribute to a better world. Here are a few key takeaways to help us embrace change:1. Recognize that change is a natural part of life and embrace it as an opportunity for growth.2. Be willing to step out of your comfort zone and take calculated risks.3. Surround yourself with supportive individuals who encourage you to embrace change.4. Stay informed about global issues and take action to contribute to positive change.5. Cultivate resilience and adaptability, as these qualities will serve you well in the face of change. In closing, let us remember that change is not something to be feared, but rather something to be embraced. By doing so, we can not only achieve personal growth but also play a pivotal role in shaping a brighter future for our global community.Thank you for your attention, and let us all strive to embrace change with courage, compassion, and determination.[The end]第3篇Ladies and gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is my great honor to stand before you today to discuss a topic that is not only shaping our future but is also revolutionizing the very fabric of education. The topic is the power of technology in education. As we delve into the digital age, it is impossible to ignore the profound impact that technology has had on our lives. From the way we communicate to the way we work, technology has become an integral part of our daily existence. In this speech, I will explore the ways in which technology is transforming education, the benefits it brings, and the challenges we must overcome to ensure that all students have access to its advantages.Firstly, let us consider the role of technology in enhancing the learning experience. With the advent of the internet and digital resources, students now have access to a vast repository of information at their fingertips. No longer are they confined to the pages of textbooks; instead, they can explore the world through interactive websites, educational videos, and virtual simulations. This not only broadens their horizons but also fosters a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom. Moreover, technology has made personalized learning a reality. Adaptive learning platforms, such as Khan Academy and Coursera, tailor educational content to the individual needs of each student. This means that learners can progress at their own pace, focusing on areas where they need additional support and exploring topics that interest them the most. Such an approach not only promotes academic success but also encourages students to become self-motivated learners.Another significant benefit of technology in education is the ability to bridge the gap between traditional and inclusive education. For students with disabilities, technology can provide accessibility features thatmake learning more attainable. Screen readers, speech-to-text software, and alternative input devices are just a few examples of how technology can empower individuals with disabilities to participate fully in the educational process.Furthermore, technology has revolutionized the way teachers instruct. Interactive whiteboards, educational apps, and online collaborationtools have become staples in modern classrooms. These tools not only make lessons more engaging but also allow teachers to track student progress in real-time, making data-driven decisions to improve instruction. In this way, technology has become a powerful ally for educators, enabling them to create dynamic and effective learning environments. However, with great power comes great responsibility. The integration of technology in education is not without its challenges. One of the most pressing issues is the digital divide. Not all students have equal access to technology and the internet, which can create disparities in educational outcomes. It is our duty as a society to address this gap by providing adequate resources to underprivileged communities and ensuring that all students have the opportunity to benefit from technology in education.Additionally, we must be vigilant about the potential negative effects of technology on students. Excessive screen time, for example, can lead to sedentary lifestyles and poor health. It is crucial that we strike a balance between leveraging the advantages of technology and maintaining a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle. In conclusion, the power of technology in education is undeniable. It has the potential to transform the way we learn, teach, and engage with knowledge. By embracing this power, we can create more inclusive, personalized, and effective educational experiences for students of all backgrounds. However, we must also navigate the challenges that come with this transformation, ensuring that technology serves as a tool for progress rather than a source of division.Ladies and gentlemen, let us work together to harness the power of technology in education, fostering a future where every student has the opportunity to thrive and contribute to a brighter world.Thank you for your attention.。
英语课堂三分钟演讲稿
英语课堂三分钟演讲稿Hello everyone, I’m glad to have the opportunity to stand in front of you today and share my thoughts about English class. As a language learner, I have been studying English for several years and I believe that English class can be very helpful in improving our language skills. Today, I would like to share some ideas about how we can make the most out of our three-minute class presentation.Firstly, we should be well-prepared before we give our presentation. This means that we should not only practice our speaking skills but also prepare the content of our presentation carefully. It is important to choose a topic that we are interested in and have some knowledge about it. By doing so, we can engage the audience and share our passion with them.Secondly, we should focus on our body language and pronunciation. Eye contact, posture, and gestures can all help us to convey our message effectively. We should also pay attention to our pronunciation, intonation, and pace. By doing so, we can ensure that our message is clear and easy to understand.Furthermore, we should try to use varied vocabulary and sentence structures. This can make our speech more interesting and engaging. We can do this by reading more books and articles in English and practicing the use of new words and expressions.Last but not least, we should also learn from our mistakes. If we make errors in grammar or pronunciation, we should take note of them and try to correct them in the future. English class can provide us with valuable opportunities to practice and improve our language skills. In conclusion, English class presentations are a great way to improve our language skills. By being well-prepared, focusing on our body language and pronunciation, using varied vocabulary, and learning from our mistakes, we can make the most out of our three-minute presentation. Practice makes perfect, so let’s keep practicing and improving our English! Thank you for your attention.。
3分钟英语演讲稿【10篇】
3分钟英语演讲稿【10篇】1.3分钟英语演讲稿Dear parentsgood afternoon.First of all, on behalf of all the teachers and students of class 3, let me extend a warm welcome to you and thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to participate in this parents’ open day, which makes us feel your understanding and support for our work and your concern for the growth of children. It is with your trust, understanding and support that our work can be carried out smoothly. Here, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all of you with warm applause!Time flies. In a twinkling of an eye, your child has spent day after day in the kindergarten. In a moment, your child has traveled back and forth between kindergarten and home countless times.Thank you for sending your children to our class, so that we can meet and know each other in this vast world and among all living beings. This is fate! It is children who bringus this fate.We also want to return silent and selfless love to our children. Our job is to educate children and change every child in the class.Looking back on the work of the previous semesters, there are both the joy of success and the loss of fragments: happy memories and sad scenes. No one is perfect. Our work is inevitably negligent, with all kinds of deficiencies and deficiencies.Just as there can be no clouds in the sky, there are also colorful clouds and dark clouds in our work.It is hoped that parents, like the sun, will illuminate the teachers and children in our class, help, understand and support our work, help us disperse the dark clouds, see the blue sky, white clouds and birds...In fact, we have also received the tolerant support of all parents; Open-minded help and meticulous care. This semester is the last semester for children to go to kindergarten.Children will go to primary school soon next semester. Most parents are worried that their children can’t keep up with school. They especially want to feed their children some knowledge in advance duringthe period before school, so as to prevent their children from losing at the starting line.Unlike their parents, primary school teachers find that what is missing between kindergarten and primary school is not knowledge, It is the cultivation of habits and the ability to adapt to environmental changes, which is also the direction of our teachers and parents’ joint efforts.thank you.2.3分钟英语演讲稿hello everyone! My XXXX name is XXXX, with light eyebrows, small eyes, big ears, a small hair, like a small hedgehog. As soon as I laughed, my eyes narrowed into a slit, which was as lovely as a crescent moon!I’m not tall or short, fat or thin, with a standard body shape. When I walk, I’m windy and unrestrained! My nature is bold and unrestrained, and I don’t haggle over trivial matters.I remember once, someone accidentally knocked me down and broke my head.Although it hurt, I was not angry. As the saying goes, “the primeminister can prop a boat in his belly.” I became the prime minister and forgave him.I listened carefully in class, answered questions actively, and took the initiative to help my classmates after class.Others said I was a good student who was willing to help others. My heart was as sweet as honey after listening to it.I have a wide range of hobbies, such as playing football, basketball, learning English and so on.I am good at singing and dancing, and proficient in piano, chess, calligraphy and painting.I like calligraphy best.Every afternoon, I insist on practicing calligraphy.Every time I practice calligraphy, I concentrate on it and reach the selfless level.I don’t even feel itchy when mosquitoes bite me.Every time when I go downstairs, many parents praise me that “XXXX is a good child who studies well, has excellent calligraphy and is sensible”.After listening to these words, my heart was happy, and my parents’ faces were also full of bright smiles. This is me, fresh me, fresh me, energetic me!thank you.3.3分钟英语演讲稿hello everyone! There is a worker whose factory efficiency is getting worse and worse, and he is about to enter the track of “death”.Most of the workers in the factory are watching and waiting, hoping for the worst to come. After careful consideration, he decided to resign. He wants to fight once.He doesn’t give himself a way back.He wants to see how much survivability he has.He used the one-time seniority allowance to open a small business. He was not afraid of hard work and did work that others did not want to do; He is honest, does what he says, and never deceives customers. His shop is remembered by many ordinary people.Sometimes people would rather walk a few more steps than go to his shop to buy things. His business was getting better and better, and he opened a branch in high spirits. He also opened a branch with his reputation.A few years later, he became a model for laid-off workers. The factory where he used to work closed down. Those wait-and-see workers also fell into the miserable fate of the factory closure, because at thistime, the factory could not even take out any money.People, including other animals, release huge self-saving energy at the moment of life crisis.Almost everyone knows the “frog experiment” done by American scientists: slowly heat it with a warm fire at the bottom of the pot, and the frog drifts leisurely in the water. When the water is too hot to bear, the frog can no longer jump out; On the contrary, throw a frog into the boiling water, but it can jump up quickly and escape. If you don’t leave a way out, you’ll give yourself a way out.As long as you have the spirit of leaving no way back, you will wholeheartedly face what is happening in front of you, and you will have unexpected gains.People often consume themselves in slow waiting. In the meaningless waiting, in the slow adaptation, what dissipates is talent, ability and confidence, and finally only helplessness and melancholy.Like a frog in the slowly heated water, he buried himself unconsciously. The frog that was thrown into the boiling water just jumped gently and gave itself a way to live.thank you.4.3分钟英语演讲稿Dear leaders and colleagueshello everyone!I think there are no bad jobs, only people who don’t work hard.In the same work, the quality of each person’s completion does not depend on the difficulty of the work, but on whether he has intention. No matter how difficult the work is, as long as you work hard and do it with your heart, you will achieve something. As long as you pursue, you have a goal, and you have the hope of success. How to be attentive and how to “work attentively”?1. Responsibility is the cornerstoneA person’s sense of responsibility determines his attitude in work and determines the quality and success of his work.Only when we regard the post as a responsibility and work as a career can we seriously think and work hard; Will complete the task on time, with high quality and quantity, and successfully solve the problem.2. Enterprising is the guaranteeNever do “almost” in daily work, set a high standard in work standards, strive for first-class things, take the initiative to learn all aspects of knowledge, strengthen and improve their own quality, self pressurize, and always require their own excellent work performance.Set high standards and set high goals at all times, everything and everywhere.Make the best preparations for writing, organizing activities, and preparing for meetings.Try your best to keep enterprising, full of passion, devote yourself to work, always think about how to improve, be a good adviser and assistant of leaders, and let leaders rest assured and satisfied.3. Carefulness is the keyDetails determine success or failure.Establish the concept that there is no trivial matter in the work, be meticulous, rigorous and meticulous, deliberate every document drafted word by word, sentence by paragraph, and take every punctuation seriously; Think and improve every activity and meeting you participatein, and strive to make every work perfect without defects. If you work hard, you will benefit from yourself; The victims of perfunctory work must also be themselves.Only by working hard can we continuously expand the space for personal growth and progress and constantly reflect our own values.Thank you!5.3分钟英语演讲稿hello everyone! The dream of birds is to fly to the blue sky, the dream of fish is to swim in the sea, the dream of flowers is to bloom in spring, and the dream of grass is to break the ground. What is my dream? When I was a child, I had many dreams. My dream is to be a teacher and cultivate more talents for the country. My dream is to become an entrepreneur, so that my family can live a happy life.My dream is to become a calligrapher and a celebrity who can be loved by the world...My childhood dreams are countless, because Iwant to be happy, to do what I think is right, to do what others can’t do, because I thought “I can do it”since I was young, and I think I can do everything well.Until I grew up, I became an excellent junior high school student, but at the same time I found that I changed.I’m no longer the ignorant child before, and I always think I’m the best; I am no longer as naive as I used to think.I think I can do everything well and do better than others.I changed my dream, because I know that I am not better than others, and even many people are better than me.My dream is to be a soldier.Yes, I want to be a soldier to defend my country. From this moment on, I have my own dream.I still have a long time to prepare for, overcome and realize, because we are still in the spring of life. For this dream, I will try, try, try again. No, only better, I will surpass myself and realize my dream.Let’s work together for qingxxx!thank you.6.3分钟英语演讲稿hello everyone!Integrity is gold! Mom often says to me!: “No matter what a person does, he should do what he says, and be honest in everything he does.” after reading my extracurricular books, my mother promised me to buy two more.I’m very happy to hear that! Because I know that my mother said so and did so.As long as my mother promised me, I will do it.Today is no exception.I’ve been thinking about buying books in my heart, so I’ve been following my mother. My mother seems to see my mind and say, “mom knows your careful thinking! Don’t worry, I’ll take you after work, and you can choose by yourself”.I happily kissed my mother on the face and said, “thank you, mom, I’m waiting for you.”The bookshelf of the bookstore displays all kinds of books, including Chinese, foreign, fairy tale books, story books, and technical books, etc...too many, I want to hold all the books in my arms! But I can only choose two! Choose! Choose! I think every book is very good! Which one should I choose? Now I know how difficult it is to make a choice! Finally, a “Gulliver’s travels” deeply attracted me, just it! In order to write a good composition in the future, I chose a“winning composition for primary school students”.With these two books, I’m happier than my baby.My mother came home from work, read it, and said, “yes, I’ve chosen a very good book, but I must read it well, and write good reading notes and feelings after reading it.” I promised, because my mother can do what she said, and I must do what I said.Read carefully, take notes carefully, and write your feelings after reading! Now be a pupil with integrity, and grow up to be an adult with integrity.A person with integrity will be trusted by others, and then he will walk wider and wider on the road of life!thank you.7.3分钟英语演讲稿Dear leaders, colleagues and judgeshello everyone! First of all, I want to thank you for your trust and support, which provided such a platform for me to make this speech. As an employee working in the front desk, I deeply understand that service is everything, and service is the life of the enterprise.I also deeply know that only by paying attention can we do a good job in service. The business front desk is the window of bank service, and it is also our most direct display of the image of rural commercial banks. But work is like a glass of water, there are always ripples, so we should do our best to serve.Any mistake will bring unnecessary trouble to customers and the work of all links. In the process of “attentive” service, if you are enthusiastic, patient, but not careful enough, it is likely to backfire and do wrong with good intentions; If you are careful, but not enthusiastic, and impatient, even if you can solve the problem, how can a cold face be affirmed by users? If enthusiasm and patience are candlelight to light up a smile, then carefulness is the candlestick to support silently. With the continuous development of the financial industry, the competition among commercial banks is becoming more and more fierce. The service quality andservice level of banks have gradually become the focus of competition among commercial banks, so service has become the lifeline of banks. What our enterprise needs is the market, and what customers need is service, but the bridge connecting customers and enterprises is integrity. In order to improve the quality of service, we are strict with ourselves and go to work on time every day.In the process of service, we insist on using civilized language and receive every customer actively, actively and warmly.Thank you!8.3分钟英语演讲稿Dear teachers and studentshello everyone! Two hungry people were lucky to get a gift from an elder: a fishing rod and a basket of fresh fish. One of them asked for fish and starved to death after eating it; The other asked for a fishing rod and went to the sea, but it was a long way.He walked to the beach for several days and was hungry before he could go fishing.Fish can satisfy hunger temporarily, but it can’t solve the long-term livelihood problem; Fishing rods can be used to solve the livelihood problems in the future, but they can’t do anything about the current hunger. From this point of view, only by combining the two can we completely solve the immediate and long-term livelihood problems.Only when two people cooperate, enjoy this basket of fresh fish together, and go to the sea together, can they be saved at the same time. But unfortunately, they refused to cooperate, and finally ended up with a tragic ending of both lives. This story vividly confirms a famous saying: a single person may die, and two people together may be saved.Of course, it means that two people work together to create a miracle of life, but if you knock your Gong like the above two people, and I sing my play, it will only end in a double defeat. In today’s world, with the rapid development of science and technology, the social division of laboris becoming more and more detailed, but people’s intelligence and knowledge are always limited, which requires people to have a strong sense of cooperation and cooperative habits. As middle school students in the new century, they should be good at cooperation.Cooperate with teachers and listen to their teachings, and you will grow rapidly; Cooperate with your classmates and explore in the ocean of knowledge, and you will gain infinite wisdom; Cooperate with your parents and be good at listening to their nagging, and you will feel boundless happiness. My speech is over, thank you!9.3分钟英语演讲稿hello everyone! To be fair, no one wants his life to be constantly honed.Even if it can increase the beauty of youth, no one will cheer and say, “I like suffering.” People always want to be flat and safe, but the reality is often unsatisfactory.Youth is beautiful because of exercise. When challenges come, it’s useless to be nervous. This is what you have to do, which is to go all out with full courage to meet challenges and bravely accept new challenges.Untrained youth, youth that does not know how to cherish, will not shine, how can we succeed without training!Youth is a sketch without coloring. We need to decorate it with the color of our hearts. If you can meet the training with a smile, when you look back on the past after the training, your youth will become more wonderful, because I understand that everything will pass, and a beautiful rainbow will appear.Who says that birds don’t sing anymore, that flowers don’t fragrance, and that youth can’t be brilliant.Training may be the most beautiful arc and the most brilliant memory in youth!A flower withered and barren can’t waste the whole spring, and a setback can’t waste the whole life.A trial makes youth more beautiful!Thank you.10.3分钟英语演讲稿Dear teachers and studentshello everyone! My name is XX.Today, I am running for the Committee of literary and sports with an excited heart.Although I know that the elites in my class are competing with me, I want to believe in myself that with my strength and confidence, I will succeed.I have great advantages in running for this position.First, I have a loud voice.Second, I have participated in school activities many times.Third, I am cheerful and lively and willing to serve my classmates.I also have many interests and hobbies, such as singing, dancing and badminton.I am good at everything, and I usually get along well with my classmates, and I am also the teacher’s capable little assistant.I believe that with the above advantages, I will be qualified for this position and will not disappoint the students. If I run for the Committee of culture and sports,I will try my best to serve you, enrich your extracurricular life, and make your extracurricular time colorful and do some meaningful activities. If I run for the Committee of culture and sports, I will be strict with myself, lenient to others, not afraid of difficulties, and dare to try until I succeed.I will also establish everyone’s sense of unity, let those discordant notes disappear in the class, and let class 54 become a warm family.Since it is a flower, it should open; 第1篇Good morning/afternoon/evening, everyone! It is a great pleasure to stand before you today to share some words of greeting and well-wishes. As we gather here, we are part of a diverse and vibrant community, andit is this diversity that makes our interactions all the more enriching.Firstly, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our guests, both new and returning. Your presence here today is a testament to the importance of the topics we will be discussing and the shared valuesthat bind us together. Whether you are here for personal growth, professional development, or simply to learn something new, I hope that you find today's events to be both enlightening and enjoyable. As we embark on this journey together, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the power of greetings. In many cultures, the act of greeting is more than just a formality; it is a symbol of respect, a bridge that connects us to one another, and a moment of mutual recognition. A simple "hello" or "good morning" can set the tone for a positive and productive interaction, and it is with this spirit that I address you all.In our fast-paced world, it is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life. We often rush through our greetings, barely acknowledging the person standing before us. However, I urge you to take a moment today to pause and truly connect with those around you. A genuine smile, a heartfelt "how are you?" can make a significant difference in someone's day and foster a sense of community. As we continue, let us remember that our words have the power to uplift and inspire. Greetings are not just a means of starting a conversation; they are an opportunity to spread positivity and good will. By choosing to be present and engaged in our interactions, we can create a ripple effect that can have a lasting impact on those around us.Now, let's delve a bit deeper into the significance of greetings. In the context of our globalized society, greetings serve as a bridge between cultures. They allow us to connect with people from different backgrounds and experiences, breaking down barriers and fostering mutualunderstanding. Whether we are greeting a colleague from another country, a neighbor from a different community, or a stranger on the street, every interaction is an opportunity to learn and grow.In the spirit of inclusivity, I would like to highlight some key greetings from various cultures around the world:1. In Japan, a traditional greeting is "おはようございます" (ohayou gozaimasu), which translates to "good morning." It is a polite and respectful way to acknowledge the time of day and the person you are speaking to.2. In Arabic, the common greeting is "ابحرم" (marhaba), which means "hello" or "welcome." It is a warm and friendly greeting that is often accompanied by a handshake or a hug.3. In Spanish, "hola" is a casual and informal greeting that can be used in both formal and informal settings. It is a simple yet effective way to greet someone and start a conversation.4. In India, "namaste" (na-mas-teh) is a respectful and deeply meaningful greeting. It involves joining the palms together in front of the chest and bowing slightly. This gesture signifies respect for the soul of the person being greeted. These are just a few examples of the rich tapestry of greetings that exist across the globe. Each greeting reflects the unique cultural values and traditions of its people, and by learning and embracing these greetings, we can become more open-minded and compassionate global citizens. As we move forward, let us also consider the power of non-verbal greetings. A smile, a nod, a wave, or a simple gesture of approval can convey warmth and friendliness without the need for words. These non-verbal cues are universal and can transcend language barriers, making them an invaluable tool in our interactions. In conclusion, greetings are more than just a way to start a conversation; they are a reflection of our values, a bridge tounderstanding, and a means of spreading positivity. As we come together today, let us take the time to connect with one another, to appreciate the diversity of our community, and to extend our greetings with sincerity and respect. In the spirit of unity and camaraderie, I would like to propose that we take a moment to greet one another. Let us raise our hands, smile, and say "hello" to the person next to us. By doing so, we are not only acknowledging each other but also reinforcing our commitment to building a more inclusive and harmonious world.Thank you for your attention, and may your day be filled with warmth, joy, and the power of greeting.Good morning/afternoon/evening to all of you![Pause for a moment of mutual greeting.]Thank you once again for joining us. Let us continue to spread thespirit of greeting and make every interaction count.Thank you.第2篇Good morning/afternoon/evening! It is my great pleasure to stand before you today and deliver a speech on the importance of greetings in our daily lives. Greetings are the first step in establishing a connection with others, and they play a crucial role in fostering a harmonious and friendly atmosphere. In this speech, I will discuss the significance of greetings, the different types of greetings we use, and how they contribute to our personal and professional relationships.Firstly, greetings are a universal language that transcends cultural boundaries. Whether you are in a foreign country or interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, a simple greeting can create a sense of familiarity and reduce the barriers of communication. For instance, when you greet someone in their native language, it shows respect and acknowledgment of their culture. This not only helps in building apositive impression but also encourages the other person to reciprocate the gesture. Moreover, greetings are essential in creating a positive first impression. In social and professional settings, the way you greet someone can make or break your relationship with them. A warm and genuine greeting can make the other person feel valued and appreciated, while a lukewarm or indifferent greeting can leave them feeling unwelcome. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to the tone, body language, and choice of words when you greet someone. There are various types of greetings that we use in different situations. Let's explore some of them:1. Verbal greetings: These include common phrases such as "Good morning," "Hello," "Hi," and "Good afternoon/evening." Verbal greetings are suitable for both formal and informal settings and are often accompanied by a smile or a nod.2. Non-verbal greetings: These involve body language and facial expressions. A firm handshake, a gentle hug, a warm smile, or eyecontact are all non-verbal greetings that convey warmth and friendliness. These gestures are particularly important in cultures where directverbal communication is not as prevalent.3. In Arabic cultures, a handshake accompanied by a traditional greeting such as "Assalamu alaykum" (Peace be upon you) is common. Being aware of these cultural differences and adapting your greeting accordingly can go a long way in showing respect and fostering a positive relationship. Now, let's delve into the benefits of using greetings in our daily lives:1. Strengthening relationships: Greetings serve as a foundation for building strong relationships. By acknowledging someone with a warm greeting, you show that you value their presence and are willing to engage in a meaningful conversation. This can lead to deeper connections and a sense of community.2. Enhancing communication: Greetings set the tone for the interaction that follows. A friendly greeting can encourage open and honest communication, while a cold or indifferent greeting can make the other person hesitant to share their thoughts and feelings.3. Promoting a positive atmosphere: Greetings contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment. When people feel comfortable and appreciated, they are more likely to be cooperative and productive.4. Reflecting your personality: The way you greet others can reflectyour personality and attitude towards life. A warm and genuine greeting demonstrates your kindness, empathy, and willingness to connect with others. In conclusion, greetings are an essential aspect of our daily interactions. We live in an era where change is theonly constant, and yet, it often poses the greatest obstacles to our personal and collective growth. Whether it is technological advancements, social shifts, or personal development, change is the driving force behind progress. It is the catalyst that propels us forward, pushing us to break free from the chains of comfort and mediocrity. In the words of Heraclitus, "Change is the only constant in life."However, change is not always easy to embrace. We are creatures of habit, and our comfort zones are often our safest havens. Stepping out of these zones can be daunting, and it requires courage, resilience, and an open mind. The fear of the unknown, the anxiety of failure, and theresistance to leaving the familiar behind can make change seem like a formidable foe.But what if we view change as an opportunity rather than a threat? What if we recognize that it is through change that we can grow, learn, and evolve? By embracing change, we open ourselves up to new experiences, fresh perspectives, and endless possibilities. We become more adaptable, more innovative, and more compassionate. So, how do we embrace change? Here are some strategies that can help us navigate through the complexities of change:1. It is a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and endless possibilities.Thank you for your attention. I invite you to embrace change with an open heart and an open mind, for in doing so, we unlock the door to a brighter, more prosperous tomorrow.[The end of the speech]第3篇Ladies and gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is my great honor to stand before you today to deliver a speech on a topic that is both deeply personal and universally relevant: embracing change. In just three minutes, I will argue that change is the cornerstone of personal growth and global progress, and that by actively seeking and adapting to change, we can create a brighter future for ourselves and for the world.Firstly, let us consider the role of change in personal development. As human beings, we are inherently dynamic creatures, capable of learning, evolving, and adapting. Change is the very essence of life, and without it, we would stagnate and wither away. Think about the child who learns to walk, or the teenager who navigates the complexities of adolescence. Each of these milestones is a testament to our capacity to change and grow.Embracing change is not always easy. It requires us to step out of our comfort zones, to confront the unknown, and to face our fears. Yet, itis precisely these challenges that shape us into the individuals we are today. By embracing change, we unlock our potential, discover new talents, and develop resilience. As the saying goes, "The only way to do great work is to love what you do." And love for our work often comes from the joy of learning and adapting to new challenges. Now, let's turn our attention to the global stage. Change is equally crucial in shaping the world we live in. The interconnectedness of our planet has brought both immense opportunities and unprecedented challenges. Climate change, economic disparities, and political tensions are just a few of the issues that require our collective attention and cooperation. In order to address these global challenges, we must embrace change. We need to foster innovation, promote sustainable practices, and work together across borders. The past few decades have seen remarkableadvancements in technology, medicine, and communication. These advancements have the potential to improve the lives of billions of people around the world. However, to fully harness these benefits, we must be willing to adapt and evolve. One of the most powerful tools at our disposal is education. Byinvesting in education, we empower individuals to think critically, solve problems, and contribute to the betterment of society. Education equips us with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of the modern world and to embrace change with confidence. In conclusion, embracing change is not a choice, but a necessity. Whether we are talking about personal growth or global progress, change is the driving force behind our development. It is the catalyst that propels us forward, pushing us to break free from our limitations and to create a better future for ourselves and for the world. As we move forward, let us remember that change is not something to be feared, but something to be embraced. Let us be courageous, let us be innovative, and let us be united in our pursuit of a better world. By doing so, we can transform our dreams into reality and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.Thank you for your attention.。

Hill, and I am a professor of law at the University of Oklahoma. I was born on a farm in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, in 1956. I am the youngest of 13 children. I had my early education in Okmulgee County. My father, Albert Hill, is a farmer in that area. My mother#39;s name is Irma Hill. She is also a farmer and a housewife. My childhood was one of a lot of hard work and not much money, but it was one of solid family affection, as represented by my parents. I was reared in a religious atmosphere in the Baptist faith, and I have been a member of the Antioch Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, since 1983. It is a very warm part of my life at the present time. For my undergraduate work, I went to Oklahoma State University and graduated from there in 1977. I am attaching to this statement a copy of my resume for further details of my education.I graduated from the university with academic honors and proceeded to the Yale Law School, where I received my JD degree in 1980. Upon graduation from law school, I became a practicing lawyer with the Washington, DC, firm of Ward, Hardraker, and Ross.In 1981, I was introduced to now Judge Thomas by a mutual friend. Judge Thomas told me that he was anticipating a political appointment, and he asked if I would be interested in working with him. He was, in fact, appointed as Assistant Secretary of Education for Civil Rights. After he had taken that post, he asked if I would become his assistant, and I accepted that position. In my early period there, I had two major projects. The first was an article I wrote for Judge Thomas#39; signature on the education of minority students. The second was the organization of a seminar on high-risk students which was abandoned because Judge Thomas transferred to the EEOC where he became the chairman of that office.During this period at the Department of Education, my working relationship with Judge Thomas was positive. I had a good deal of responsibility and independence. I thought he respected my work and that he trusted my judgment. After approximately three months of working there, he asked me to go out socially with him. What happened next and telling the world about it are the two most difficult things --experiences of my life. It is only after a great deal of agonizing consideration and sleeplessnumber -- a great number of sleepless nights that I am able to talk of these unpleasant matters to anyone but my close friends.I declined the invitation to go out socially with him and explained to him that I thought it would jeopardize what at the time I considered to be a very good working relationship. I had a normal social life with other men outside of the office. I believed then, as now, that having a social relationship with a person who was supervising my work would be ill-advised. I was very uncomfortable with the idea and told him so.I thought that by saying no and explaining my reasons my employer would abandon his social suggestions. However, to my regret, in the following few weeks, he continued to ask me out on several occasions. He pressed me to justify my reasons for saying no to him. These incidents took place in his office or mine. They were in the form of private conversations which would not have been overheard by anyone else.My working relationship became even more strained when Judge Thomas began to use work situations to discuss sex. On these occasions, he would call me into his office for reports on education issues and projects, or he might suggest that, because of the time pressures of his schedule, we go to lunch to a government cafeteria. After a brief discussion of work, he would turn the conversation to a discussion of sexual matters. His conversations were very vivid. He spoke about acts that he had seen in pornographic films involving such matters as women having sex with animals and films showing group sex or rape scenes. He talked about pornographic materials depicting individuals with large penises or large breasts involved in various sex acts. On several occasions, Thomas told me graphically of his own sexual prowess.Because I was extremely uncomfortable talking about sex with him at all and particularly in such a graphic way, I told him that I did not want to talk about these subjects. I would also try to change the subject to education matters or to nonsexual personal matters such as his background or his beliefs. My efforts to change the subject were rarely successful.Throughout the period of these conversations, he also from time to time asked me for social engagements. My reaction to these conversations was to avoid them by eliminating opportunities for us to engage in extended conversations. This was difficult because at the time I was his only assistant at the Office of Education -- or Office for Civil Rights.During the latter part of my time at the Department of Education, the social pressures and any conversation of his offensive behavior ended. I began both to believe and hope that our working relationship could be a proper, cordial, and professional one. When Judge Thomas was made chair of the EEOC, I needed to face the question of whether to go with him. I was asked to do so, and I did. The work itself was interesting, and at that time it appeared that the sexual overtures which had so troubled me had ended. I also faced the realistic fact that I had no alternative job. While I might have gone back to private practice, perhaps in my old firm or at another, I was dedicated to civil rights work, and my first choice was to be in that field. Moreover, the Department of Education itself was a dubious venture. President Reagan was seeking to abolish the entire department. For my first months at the EEOC, where I continued to be an assistant to Judge Thomas, there were no sexual conversations or overtures. However, during the fall and winter of 1982, these began again. The comments were random and ranged from pressing me about why I didn#39;t go out with him to remarks about my personal appearance. I remember his saying thatsome day I would have to tell him the real reason that I wouldn#39;t go out with him.分钟英语演讲稿篇三we have heard time and time again that the evidence reflects the payment to defendants money. the president had knowledge that these funds were being paid and these were funds collected for the 1972 presidential campaign. we know that the president met with mr. henry petersen 27 times to discuss matters related to watergate, and immediately thereafter met with the very persons who were implicated in the information mr. petersen was receiving. the words are: if the president is connected in any suspicious manner with any person and there be grounds to believe that he will shelter that person, he may be impeached.justice story: impeachment is attended -- is intended for occasional and extraordinary cases where a superior power acting for the whole people is put into operation to protect their rights and rescue their liberties from violations. we know about the huston plan. we know about the break-in of the psychiatrist#39;s office. we know that there was absolute complete direction on september 3rd when the president indicated that a surreptitious entry had been made in dr. fielding#39;s office, after having met with mr. ehrlichman and mr. young. protect their rights. rescue their liberties from violation.the carolina ratification convention impeachment criteria: those are impeachable who behave amiss or betray their public trust.4 beginning shortly after the watergate break-in and continuing to the present time, the president has engaged in a series of public statements and actions designed to thwart the lawful investigation by government prosecutors. moreover, the president has made public announcements and assertions bearing on the watergate case, which the evidence will show he knew to be false. these assertions, false assertions, impeachable, those who misbehave. those who behave amiss or betray the public trust.分钟优秀英语演讲稿篇四i#39;m jim.i#39;m 13 years old and i study in no.1 middle school.my school is very beautiful.every morning i get up at seven and have breakfast.and then i go to school at half past seven.lessons begin at eight o#39; clock. we have four lessons in the morning and chinese is my favourite lesson.we usually have 10 minute#39;s break between two lessons and at about 12 o#39;ciock we finish our morning lessons.i have lunch at school at twelve thirty.i like schooi lunch and i always have rice with meat and vegetables.after lunch i often talk with my friends or play basketball with them.in the afternoon lessons start at half past one and finish at four o#39;ciock.i play games after school with my friends and then go home at half past four.in the evening i do my homework and then watch tv.at ten o#39;分钟英语演讲稿篇五My hometown is in Shaanxi, where there are many specialties and scenery.Although Shaanxi cuisine has not entered the eight major cuisines of China, themutton paomo and Qishan saozi noodles in Shaanxi are very good. My favorite moment of the year. It’s a genuine day of dreams: in the student section, dreams of new careers, marriage, children, new adventures. In the parents’ seating, dreams of what to do with that disposable income they’re no longer sending to West Lafayette. All in all, a day like no other. My own dreams about today sometimes are more like nightmares. What to say that’s fitting – that’s meaningful but still concise enough to get us on to the main event quickly? Hardest of all, what to say that’s the least bit original? While dreaming, or daydreaming, about today, I found myself thinking about Purdue Pete. Again, this year, Pete was ranked among the most identified college mascots in the country, and the favorite in our Big Ten Conference.A few years before your class arrived on campus, someone tried to redo Pete and turn him into some new symbol of our school. I wasn’t here, either, but as told to me, the idea started an immediate backlash, a near-riot, and died within days. I got to thinking about "why?"Maybe part of it was his uniqueness. At my last count, there were 64 Eagles, 46 Tigers, and 33 Wildcats among college mascots. But there’s only one set of Boilermakers. But I think our attachment to Pete stems mainly from the way he personifies our self-image of strength. When our up-and-coming football program chose its slogan for this year, it was "Only the strong." One of the year’s YouTube sensations featured a five-foot-nine Purdue player squatting 600 pounds.优秀英语演讲稿三分钟篇七It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone but it takes a lifetime to forget someone. He passed a CD store and looked through the front door for a second as he walked. He stopped and went back to look into the store. He saw a beautiful girl about his age and he knew it was love at first sight. He opened the door and walked in, not looking at anything else but her. He walked closer and closer until he was finally at the front desk where she sat.。

三分钟优秀英语演讲稿Hello everyone,Today, I am excited to share with you about the importance of communication in our lives. As we all know, communication is a vital tool that we use every day. Without it, we would not be able to effectively interact with others, share our thoughts and ideas or even express ourselves properly. In this fast-paced world of ours, we often communicate using various platforms such as social media, email, phone calls and video conferencing. However, it is important to remember that effective communication is not just about using the right technology, but also about using the right words and tone.As we communicate with others, it is important to be clear and concise in our language, and to be mindful of our tone and body language. We should always try to listen to others with an open mind, and also be receptive to constructive feedback. It is also important to remember that communication is a two-way street. We need to actively engage in conversations with others, ask questions, share our own thoughts and ideas and be willing to collaborate with others. In conclusion, communication is an essential skill that we need to develop in our personal and professional lives. It is not just about speaking or writing well, but also about engaging with others in a meaningful way. So let us all make a conscious effort to improve our communication skills, and make the world a better place one conversation at a time.Thank you for listening.。
三分钟演讲稿(英文)
三分钟演讲稿(英文)Ladies and gentlemen,Thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak before you today. Today, I would like to take a few minutes to discuss the importance of kindness and empathy in our lives. In a fast-paced world where we are constantly bombarded with news and information, it is easy to lose sight of what truly matters – our connections with others. Kindness and empathy are two qualities that have the power to transform relationships, communities, and even the world.Kindness is the language that transcends all barriers. It is a simple act that can brighten someone's day, bring a smile to their face, and remind them that they are not alone. Whether it is holding a door open for a stranger or offering a helping hand to a friend in need, acts of kindness have the ability to create a ripple effect that can spread positivity and inspire others to do the same.Empathy, on the other hand, is the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. It allows us to step into someone else's shoes and truly listen to their story. When we show empathy, we not only validate someone's experiences but also create a space for them to be heard and understood. Empathy builds trust and fosters deeper connections between individuals, ultimately leading to a stronger and more compassionate society. In a world that often seems divided, kindness and empathy are more important now than ever. By cultivating these qualities in ourselves, we can contribute to a more inclusive and harmonious world. It starts with small acts of kindness – a smile, a kind word, or a helping hand. It starts with seeking to understand rather than judging. It starts with a conscious effort to be more compassionate in our daily interactions. So, let us be the change we wish to see in the world. Let us choose kindness and empathy in our words and actions. Let us create a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Together, we can make a difference.Thank you.。

We see ourselves on a long trip that spans the continent. We are traveling by train. Out the windows, we drink in the passing scene of cars on nearby highways, of children waving at a crossing, of cattle grazing on a distant hillside, of smoke pouring from a power plant, of row upon row of corn and wheat, of flatlands and valleys, of mountains and rolling hillsides, of city skylines and village halls. But uppermost in our minds is the final destination. On a certain day at a certain hour, we will pull into the station. Bands will be playing and flags waving. Once we get there, so many wonderful dreams will come true and the pieces of our lives will fit together like a completed jigsaw puzzle. How restlessly we pace the aisles, damning the minutes for loitering --waiting, waiting, waiting for the station.Sooner or later, we must realize there is no station, no one place to arrive at once and for all. The true joy of life is the trip. The station is only a dream. It constantly outdistances us.Relish the moment is a good motto, especially when coupled with Psalm 118:24:This is the day which the Lord hath made;we will rejoice and be glad in it. It isn#39;t the burdens of today that drive men mad. It is the regrets over yesterday and the fear of tomorrow. Regret and fear are twin thieves who rob us of today. So stop pacing the aisles and counting the miles. In stead, climb more mountains, eat more ice cream, go barefoot more often, swim more rivers, watch more sunsets, laugh more, cry less. Life must be lived as we go along. The station will come soon enough.分钟生命的英语演讲稿篇五I once got on a taxi of which the owner is a faithful reader of mine. On the hurtling bus, The driver asked me : “Mr.Lin, could you tell me what is meaning of living?”He was the first one who asked me such a question about the life, and I was dumb to be asked suddenly.Suddenly, the couplet which hanged on the wall of the auditorium of my middle school was floating on my mind. The purpose of living is to develop the living quality of mankind.(the purpose of living is to promote the living standard of mankind;)The meaning of life is to create the supervene lives of universe.(the meaning of life is to carry on the continuum of the universe)And then, I talked to the driver, “The meaning of life is to make a difference in your mind and soul, meanwhile, do something good and devote yourself to the world everyday.”When I have said all this, we were just gone through Renai Road, where were standing beautiful trees of the each side. It is there that I saw the pretty flower blooming on the ceiba trees. How beautiful they are. When we are making progress, that means we are ‘blooming’for ourselves. Out willing of devoting to our world is a flower for the world.分钟生命的英语演讲稿篇六Recently, a professor of philosophy in the United States has written a book called Money and the Meanlng of Life. He has discovered that how we deal with money in our day-to-day life has more meaning than we usually think. One of the exercises he asked his students to do is to keep a record of every penny they spend for a week. From the way they spend their money, they can see what they really value in life.He says our relation with others often becomes clearly defined when money enters the picture. You might have a wonderful friendship with somebody and you think that you are very good friends. But you will know him only when you ask him to lend you some money. If he does, it brings something to the relationship that seems stronger than ever before. Or it can suddenly weaken the relationship if he doesnt. This person may say that he has a certain feeling, but if it is not carried out in the money world, there is something less real about it.People just have an idea of making more and more money, but what is it for? How much do I need for any given purposes in my life7 In his book, the professor uncovered an important need in modern society: to bring back the idea that money is an instrument rather than the end. Money plays an important role in the material world, but expecting money to give happiness may be missing the meaning of life.英语的三分钟演讲稿篇七ladies and gentlemen, this is joe biden, i'm filling in for president obama, while he addresses the nato summit in wales.when the president and i took office in january of , this nation was in the midst of the greatest economic crisis since the great depression. our economy had plummeted1 at a rate of 8% in a single quarter-part of the fastest economic decline any time in the last half century. millions of families were falling underwater on their homes and threatened with foreclosure. the iconic american automobile2 industry was under siege.but yesterday's jobs report was another reminder3 of how far we've come. we've had 54 straight months of job creation. and that's the longest streak4 of uninterrupted job growth in the united states' history.we've gone from losing 9 million jobs during the financial crisis to creating 10 million jobs. we've reduced the unemployment rate from 10% in october of to 6.1% today. and for the first time since the 1990s, american manufacturing is steadily5 adding jobs-over 700,000 since . and surveys of both american and foreign business leaders confirm that america once again is viewed as the best place in the world to build and invest.that's all good news.but an awful lot of middle class americans are still not feeling the effects of this recovery. since the year , gross domestic product-our gdp - has risen by 25%. and productivity in america is up by 30%. but middle class wages during that same time period have gone up by only fourteencents.folks, it's long past time to cut the middle class back into the deal, so they can benefit from the economic growth they helped create. folks, there used to be a bargain in this country supported by democrats6 and republicans, business and labor7. the bargain was simple. if an employee contributed to the growth and profitability of the company, they got to share in the profits and the benefits as well. that's what built the middle class. it's time to restore the bargain, to deal the middle class back in. because, folks, when the middle class does well, everybody does well-the wealthy get wealthier and the poor have a way up.you know, the middle class is not a number. it's a value set. it means being able to own your home; raise your children in a safe neighborhood; send them to a good school where if they do well they can qualify to go to college and if they get accepted you'd be able to find a way to be able to send them to college. and in the meantime, if your parents need help, being able to take care of them, and hope to put aside enough money so that your children will not have to take care of you.分钟珍惜时间英语演讲稿篇八When asked “Whats the biggest mistake we make in life?” the Buddha replied. ” The biggest mistake is you think you have time.”当被问及“人生最大的错误是什么”佛祖会这样回答,“最大的错误是你认为你自己有时间。
