2.1TherequirementsofthecontractSolution合同技术方案要求

2.1.1TechnicalContent技术内容:

2.2.2 PartyBshallaccomplishtheSolutiondesignworkaccordingtothefollowingsch edule：

乙方应按下列进度完成方案设计工作：

(1)Phaseone第一阶段：

1)Initializationphase:selectfoundary,obtaindesigndocuments,analyzeproce ssfiles,establishcomputersystem,rentandpurchaseEDAsoftware,primaryco mmunicatedesignthoughtofverificationcircuitsandgeneralSolution;

为了保证乙方提供合同方案的正确性、可靠性和先进性，由甲乙双方技术人员一起，按本合同2.1-2.3及技术协议附件规定，共同对技术方案设计和核心电路进行考核和验收.考核验收合格后，双方代表要签署验收合格证书一式两份，双方各执一份为凭。

合同技术方案研发成果及相关知识产权的归属

Confirmedbythebothparties,thetechnicalSolutionresultsandrelatedintellect ualpropertyrightgeneratedfromtheContractshallbesettledbythefollowingm ethods.

双方确定，因履行本合同所产生的研究开发成果及其相关知识产权权利归属，按以下式处理：
