摘要

本次设计通过BIM和建设工程项目实施规划书的编写，表现建筑工程在施工组织中的能力考验。通过BIM对拟建项目进行虚拟建造，进行各方面的模拟，发现在施工中可能出现的问题。通过REVIT建模，了解平面和三维的区别，发现图纸中的不合理设计。REVIT建模，在用模型过程，掌握算量。工程项目实施规划书体现整个项目在施工准备，施工部署，施工方案，成本控制，进度控制等方面起这控制作用，在施工前及施工中起着指导作用。熟练的BIM技术及完善的工程项目实施规划书的编写对项目成功起重要作用。

Abstract

The This design through the BIM and construction project implementation plan written, the performance of construction works in the construction of the ability of the test. Through the BIM on the proposed project virtual construction, all aspects of the simulation, found in the construction of possible problems. Through REVIT modeling, understand the difference between plane and three dimensions, and find unreasonable designs in drawings. REVIT modeling, in the process of using the model, master the amount. Project implementation plan reflects the entire project in the construction preparation, construction deployment, construction program, cost control, schedule control and other aspects of this control role in the construction and construction plays a guiding role. Skilled BIM technology and the preparation of a well-developed project implementation plan play an important role in project success.
