Shipped from Shanghai to London. Shipment to be effected before 24th Oct 2008, partial shipment not allowed.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS:

Pants with AZO-color, PFOS compounds and nickel accessories are strictly forbidden in UK. the manufacturers must be qualified with ISO9001 ，ISO14001, and SA8000, comply with other legal safety regulations.

二、样品跟单（共19分）

1、合同对于样品有何要求？（9分）

必须在2008年9月7日之前送交实验室，每种颜色必须有A B C 三个选项。

在订单下达后7天寄送一件黑颜色的确认样。（3分）

在9月15日前寄送一件黑颜色的产前样，只有面料通过SGS分公司检测并合格后才能制作产前样。

2、2009年9月9日，金苑公司跟单员将approval sample通过快递寄送给了C&K公司，5天后，C&K回电，表示样品存在以下问题:
