果园双轨运输机的钢丝绳张紧装置设计

摘要

随着我国现代农业机械设备的逐步发展与应用,不仅一般的平地农业生产机械化程度得到较大提高,而且山地机械化的发展也渐渐被提上了日程。山地是我国南方水果的主要种植区,物资和果实运输一般采用人力搬运,既耗费劳力,又增加成本,在很大程度上制约着山地果园的发展。面对山地地形不适宜轮式车辆直接运行的实际情况,长距离、大运量的轨道输送机便得到了广泛的应用。

通常情况下,钢丝绳在长时间牵引轨道运输机后会发生变长、松弛等问题,本次设计的果园双轨道运输机钢丝绳张紧装置的作用就是有效保持钢丝绳的张紧状态。所以,它的性能好坏与否将直接关系到运输机的整体运输性能。

本文通过对国内外现有的张紧装置进行分析,从技术角度探讨了各类主要张紧装置的优缺点,遵从技术适用、经济合理的原则,筛选出螺旋张紧装置作为本次设计对象。参照任务设计书,通过分析、计算、校核等工作得出了张紧装置各主要结构尺寸。另外,在此基础上通过三维软件PRO/E进行建模、装配、仿真,然后用二维绘图软件CAD绘制二维工程图纸,得出设计结论。研究结果对双轨运输机张紧以及其他各种平台的张紧技术的应用具有参考价值。该课题研究的果园双轨道运输机钢丝绳张紧装置不仅适应当前实际应用要求,而且具有易于操作、灵活性强、体积小、重量轻、能耗低等优点,能有效的解决果园双轨道运输机钢丝绳张紧应用要求,因而获得越来越多的重视。

DESIGN OF STEEL WIRE ROPE TENSION DEVICE OF DOUBLE RAIL TRANSPORT IN ORCHARD

ABSTRACT

With the development and application of China's agricultural mechanization technology industry, not only the general level of mechanization of agricultural production has been greatly improved ground and mechanization of mountain areas has gradually been put on the agenda. However,rich in fruits of the South, which belongs to mountainous terrain, transportation of the fruit harvest generally use the manual picking and transport, not only the cost of manpower, but also increased the cost, in a great extent, restricts the orchard of agricultural economic development. In the face of the fact that the mountain terrain is not suitable for the direct operation of the vehicle, the long distance and large capacity of the rail conveyor has been widely used.

Orchard double track conveyor wire rope tensioning device role is deformed in the rope, slack, effectively guarantee the rope tension.So, its performance is good or not directly related to the overall performance of the transport conveyor.

In this paper, the existing domestic and international research and analysis carried out tensioning device.First, from a technical point of research and discusses the applicability of each primary main tensioning device.Then screened out according to the technical application of the principle of reasonable economic spiral tensioning device.And According to the design task book, by analysis, calculation, checking and so come to the major structural dimensions of tensioning device.Second,on this basis, performed using three-dimensional software PRO/E modeling, assembly, simulation, and then drawing two-dimensional engineering drawings with a two-dimensional drawing software CAD, design draw conclusions. The results of the study have a reference value for the application of the tensioning technology of the two rail transport and other platforms. In addition, the orchard double track conveyor wire rope tensioning device that research is not only to meet the current requirements of practical application, but also easy to operate, flexible, small size, light weight, low power consumption advantages.
