En3d7.0的文件管理功能,主要用来打开和保存雕刻数据文件以及设置系统参数。
在图形管理主界面点击

二、CNC调机常遇见的问题
看懂图纸:玻璃尺寸、厚度、公差、孔位、口位等。
选择用具:铣刀、夹头、电木板、磨刀(如:做什么孔或口用什么样的刀, 倒边大小用多少度的倒边刀等)、胶水等。
铣夹具:遵循从深到浅原则、忌讳夹具漏气、避空位置选择、不同位置限速。
机床程控问题:在EN3D软件中注意。
机床行程问题:CNC精雕机都有一个行程距离(双轴距离是230mm)特别是生产

4、程控参数显示区内参数的意义及设置 在路径文件中,除了位置信息以外,还包含有进给速度、主轴转速、慢速下刀参数等
信息。在加工时,可以采用路径文件中带有的加工参数,也可以在控制界面重新设定,采 用哪种方式需要在“程控指令解释模式”中设置。如果设置采用路径文件中的参数,则对 应的参数用红色显示,否则用绿色显示。

装刀方法:
①铣刀:判断铣刀好坏、同尺寸刀具同尺寸夹头相配、切忌用手接触铣刀判断 正甩、用刀片或者废玻璃判断正甩、刀具装进夹头量应大于17mm等。
②磨刀:判断磨刀刀柄有没有异物(粉末、生锈)、双轴加工应测量两把刀尺 寸(相差小于3丝)、压冒夹头相配度、左手沾水轻轻接触磨刀判断 正甩。
