1 SCOPE

适用范围

This test procedure shall be applied to the operation & function test of

Emergency diesel generator and Emergency switch board for 57000DWT

Bulk Carrier.

本程序适用于57000吨散货船应急发电机与应急配电板的操作及性能测试.

2 PARTICULARS

3 TEST CONDITION

试验条件

3.1 Emergency D/G and concerning system install correct.

应急发电机机组、相关管系及油柜安装正确完整.

3.2 Check the L.O & cooling water quality.

检查滑油和冷却水品质.

3.3 ESB install and cable connection

应急配电板的安装和接线验收合格;

3.4 ESB insulation resistant and others test finished.

应急配电板的绝缘电阻及其它测试合格.

4 TEST PROCEDURE

试验程序

4.1 The cold state Insulation resistance of Stator/Rotor/Excitation/Heater should

the time.

当柴油发电机负荷由100%突然降到零时,测量瞬态频率、瞬态电压、稳

态频率、稳态电压,记录稳定转速和稳定时间

4.7.2 When the generator is loaded suddenly from 0% to

(0%→70%),measure its momentary speed and steady speed, record

the time.

当柴油发电机负荷由零突然增加70%时,测量瞬态频率、瞬态电压、稳态

频率、稳态电压,记录稳定转速和稳定时间

Requirements:Max. Permit Momentary speed rate ≤10%

Steady speed rate ≤5%

Steady time ≤5 seconds(steady time means the time when the speed returns to the range within 1% of final steady

speed.)

要求:最大允许瞬时速降:≤10%

稳定调速率:≤5%

稳定时间:≤5秒(稳定时间指速度在最终稳定转速1%范围内波动的时间)4.8 Voltage characteristic test 稳态调压特性试验

When voltage, frequency and load are adjusted to rated revolution when the load is suddenly removed, observe the transient and steady frequency and voltage.

100% (99 kW) →75% (74.3kW) →50% (49.5 kW) →25% (24.8 kW) →0→ 25% →50%→75→100%

Steady voltage shall be maintained within ±3.5%of rated voltage.

在额定转速调整电压、频率、负载;当负荷突然卸去时观察瞬态和稳态电压、频率。

100% (99 kW) →75% (74.3kW) →50% (49.5 kW) →25% (24.8 kW) →0→ 25% →50%→75→100%

稳态电压应保持在额定值的±3.5%

4.9 Interlock function test 联锁功能试验

① Emergency generator and its space heater.

应急发电机─应急发电机的空间加热器

② When E/G running, auto start emergency generator room fan.

应急发电机运行时,自动启动应急发电机室风机。

③ UVT liaison switch Test between MSB and ESB

应急配电板与主配电板之间的联络开关UVT供电联锁试验

4.10 Auto start test for emergency generator and interlocking test between

MSB and ESB.

应急发电机自动起动试验和主配电板与应急配电板联锁试验

(1) Simulate a black-out condition of MSB by opening the bus tie breaker

to ESB on MSB or perform other means for stopping the main D/G.

The emergency gen. set should start, supply the electric power to

ESB and break off the connection between MSB and ESB. The whole

process is to be automatic and within 45 seconds.

断开主配电板上至应急配电板的连接开关模拟一个主配电板断电状态,或

者采用其他方法停止主发电机。

应急发电机将起动,并向应急配电板供电,同时断开主配电板与应急配

电板的连接。整个过程必须在45秒内自动完成.

(2) After recovery of power supply on MSB bus bar, at first the ACB of

emergency generator to be tripped, then the bus tie breaker on ESB

to be closed, and the then stop the diesel engine by manual.

在主配电板恢复供电以后,首先应急发电机主开关断开,然后应急配电

板上的连接开关合闸,然后手动停止柴油机).

4.11 Emergency Generator over current Protection Test

应急发电机过载保护试验

This test shall be carried out prior to emergency generator test and it shall be confirmed that operating value is setting as following:

A. The setting value of long time delay shall be set 110% of the rated

current of the generator and the relay will operate in 120 s.

B. The setting value of short time delay shall be set 300% of the rated

current of the generator and the relay will operate in 600 ms.

在应急发电机试验之前要检查下列的设定值:

A. 长延时设定为发电机额定电流的125%, <120s报警.

B. 短延时设定为发电机额定电流的250%, ≤600ms动作
