After
typhoon restart, we must bypass the FSSS shutdown signals on essential switchgear room EG control cabinet, then can start the EG. When the FSSS system recovery to normal, select the switch to „normal‟ position.

the EG
When came out one of the following fire/gas alarm signals, it will shutdown the EG . a. Initiate abandon the platform b. Confirmed fire on production area essential switch gear room FZ19_FIRE c. Confirmed gas on production area HVAC room FZ22_GAS d. Confirmed fire on production area HVAC room ESD_FZ22_FIRE


AUTO START AND STOP
1. Turn the engine control switch to AUTO position. 2. When the remote start signal is received from FSSS or main failure, the emergence generator will start and ramp to rated speed and voltage. 3. When the emergence generator is ready to load, there will be automatic closing of generator circuit breaker to provide power supply to plant. 4. To stop the emergence generator, a stop signal is issuer from the FSSS or main return then the emergence generator will unload for a preset time and open its circuit breaker. 5. It will run in cool down stage for 5 MINS before shutdown completely.

MANUAL START AND STOP
1. Turn the engine control switch to „MAN‟ position. 2. Press the manual start pushbutton. 3. The emergency generator will crank and ramp to rated speed and the voltage build up to rated value. 4. When the engine is ready to load, turn the BKR-B circuit breaker control switch to „close‟ position to close the „BKR-B generator circuit breaker. 5. Adjust the voltage of the generator by turning the voltage adjust rheostat. 6. Adjust the frequency of the generator by turning the speed adjust switch. 7. Turn the BKR-B circuit breaker control switch to open position to open the BKR-B generator circuit breaker. 8. Press the manual stop button. 9. The generator will undergo for 5 MINS cool down then it stop completely.

额定转速故障查找
应急发电机启动后，如果柴油机达不到额定转速 1800RPM，只有900RPM，我们可以从机械部分和 电控部分区查找原因。机械部分要检查油路和气路是 否通畅，以及柴油机烟囱冒烟情况是否正常。如果机 械部份检查一切正常，那我们就要从电控部分解决问 题了。 HZ－192/3 应急发电机总共有三个控制盘，分别 是位于ESSENTIAL SGWR的CP－7201和位于应急 发电机房里的LCP－7201、EIP（Electric Instrument Panel），EIP是卡特彼勒柴油机自身 配备的电控盘。如果我们启动正常，柴油机能够运转 起来，只是转速达不到额定转速，我们可以排除CP －7201 内的PLC控制系统出现问题，因为PLC系统 没有速度控制信号送到EIP，进行柴油机的速度控制。 影响柴油机转速提不起来，主要有三个地方：

Operation of generator control panel The main function for operating this generator control panel is to start and stop the generator. The operating instruction that follows is for this purpose. Before starting 1.Ensure that there is no fault by running the engine control to „OFF/RESET‟ position. 2.Ensure that all protective relay targets are preset correctly. 3.Ensure all temperatures; level and pressure values for the generator are in operating range. 4.Ensure that the local control panel is not at local mode.

the EG existing a confirmed fire FZ24_FIRE, the FSSS output delay 30S to FM-200 solenoid valve, then release the FM-200. there is a AUTO/INHIBIT select switch for EG FM-200, normally put the switch in „AUTO‟ position. Select inhibit position when maintain the EG.
