自密实混凝土

在浇筑时仅靠自身的重力，不需任何振捣而达到自流平、自密实的一种高性能混凝土。被称为‘近几十年中混凝土技术最具革命性的发展。

给客户带来更多的利益：

施工速度快；减少人工成本和设备的费用，施工总成本降低；无需振捣，面层处理少，表面质量好；减少环境噪声，改善了员工和周围用户的环境可昼夜施工；解决了使用普通混凝土无法解决的问题；施工质量可以得到保证。给设计人员提供了更大的设计空间。

SCC在欧洲预拌混凝土中的比重：意大利大约30%，芬兰大约30%，西班牙25-30%；美国10-40%。

轻混凝土

容重小于1900kg./m3的混凝土称作为轻混凝土，它是用轻质的粗、细骨料和水泥配制成的混凝土。由于自重轻，弹性模量低，因而抗震性能好。与普通烧结砖相比，不仅强度高、整体性好，而且保温性能好，还兼具隔热、隔声作用。由于结构自重小，特别适合高层和大跨度结构。是建造节能建筑必不可少的材料。

绿化混凝土

通过混凝土结构和配合比优化设计，采用特殊制备技术，现场浇注成混凝土地面(坡面)，使该混凝土满足植物种植和生长要求。种植混凝土的绿化率可达到 80%~100%，主要用于堤岸保护、护坡和水库绿化，也可用于庭院、公园、停车场、花园的地面。

再生骨料混凝土

城市改造拆除的混凝土结构经过破碎和加工，可以制成生产新鲜混凝土所需要的骨料。可用于各种强度等级的混凝土结构中，其性能与天然骨料没有显著区别。它可以有效减少建筑垃圾造成的污染，减少由于开采砂石造成的自然环境的破坏，对于保护自然环境、发展循环经济和可持续发展具有积极意义。

Self-compacting Concrete

Self-compacting concrete is a high performance concrete that does not require vibration for placing and compaction, it is able to flow under its own weight, completely filling formwork and achieve full compaction. It is called “the most innovative development of concrete technology in recent decades”.

More benefit to clients:

Self-compacting concrete offers a rapid rate of concrete placement; reduce labour and equipment cost, decrease the total cost of construction; no need for vibration, little handling of concrete finish, providing a high quality of surface; reducing exposure of workers to noise and vibration, improve environment on and near construction and precast site, and can work from day to night; solve problems that common concrete can not do: ensure construction quality. Provide more designation space for the architect.

SCC utilization percentage in European: Italy 30%, Finland 30%, Spain

25-30%, and American 10-40%.

Lightweight concrete

In-place density less than 1900 kg/m3 is called lightweight concrete, the mixture is made with lightweight coarse and fine aggregate and cement. Because of its lightweight, low elastic modulus, providing vibrate resistance feature. Compare to common blocks, lightweight concrete is not only of high strength, good wholeness, but also ensure high heat-insulating property, with sound and heat insulation. Weight of this concrete structure is light, so is primarily used in high-rise buildings and large span structure. Lightweight concrete is a material of absolutely indispensable in constructing

energy-saving buildings.

Green concrete

Through optimising concrete structure and mixture designation, adopting special technology, placing the concrete floor (slope) on site, green concrete meet requirement of growing plant. Rate of green coverage of green concrete will be up to 80%~100%, this concrete is mainly used in embankment protection, revetment and reservoir afforesting and greening, also can be used in ground of courtyard, public garden, car park, and flower garden.

Recycled aggregate concrete

Recycled aggregate is made with construction and demolition waiste, by crushing and handling. It can be used in various strength class of concrete structure, and its property has no obvious distinction with natural aggregate.
