榫卯结构家具设计

摘要

榫卯结构在历代实木家具的设计和制作中都占有重要的地位，是科学性与艺术性高度统一的结构组合方式，同时榫卯结构也是中国传统家具的一个重要标志性特征。榫卯结构家具的连接方式简洁明了，而且做工精细，实用性很强也很美观，这些特点直接和间接的影响着世界各地的家具文化，它透露着自然，原始与结构的美。它深厚的历史底蕴和丰富的文化内涵已成为了中国传统文化的重要组成部分。榫卯结构中的连接方式和结构自身的形式美等特征可以在书房家具中得到具体的体现。随着工业化的发展，现在榫卯结构用的越来越少，因为其加工工艺复杂，材料要求高，不适合大批量生产，但它是我们传统文化的精髓。在提倡地域传统工艺振兴的背景下，我们需要对榫卯结构进一步的搜集和了解，在数字化留存的同时，重新了解传统的榫卯结构，并且以新的视角将其与现代相结合，为传统榫卯工艺注入创新设计理念。

本论文是以传统榫卯结构为切入点，对榫卯结构家具的国内外现状进行分析并列举实际例子，寻找出其中的优点和不足的地方，收集整理有关榫卯结构书房家具的资料，并对其进行实地考察，以及对家具的材料进行全面的分析。了解现代人们的心理需求，根据设计调研分析对其进行设计定位，使榫卯结构在书房家具设计中得以创新运用。

1.1 课题背景

榫卯结构具有几千年的历史，是我们传统家具工艺的基石，是充满中华民族智慧的传统工艺。每一个木构件之间的连接都蕴藏着伟大的智慧，记录着社会的发展与变革，展露着家具产品构件间连接的技术工艺，彰显着中国传统文化的内涵，是古人生活经验的总结和智慧的结晶[1]。我们要保护榫卯结构工艺，并将其传承下去，不让历史的瑰宝丢失，进一步对榫卯结构进行开发，为其注入新的活力。

随之现代社会的不断进步和机械化生产方式的不断普及，书房家具可以使用很多种材料进行设计，我们在家具市场看到各式各样的书房家具都是使用不同的材料设计的，进而也表现着榫卯结构的家具会被以机械化生产方式的家具替代。

对于我们当今社会的人来讲，榫卯结构的产品制作工序很复杂，价格也很高。可是本人认为，一是虽然榫卯结构的每一个构造节点都是相当复杂的，但它们彼此相互的连接都是特别牢靠的。它们每个结构的相互连接，既留有空隙又相互的互补，这是一种科学的传统工艺组合方式。在它美丽的造型下也有很多我们不知道的技术和存在的含义，所以我们需要对榫卯结构进行深入的探索研究，以一种新的方式将其与现代进行结合，让榫卯结构在书房家具设计上得以更好的创新；二是榫卯结构精湛的技艺是非物质文化遗产，我们需要将其更好的发扬光大，那么对传统工艺最好的发扬就是将其融入到我们的生产生活中，不断的对其进行设计，让它与现代设计相结合，让人们再次以全新的视角来认识榫卯结构；三是榫卯结构的制作工艺特别的复杂，那么它所传递出的工匠精神也是很值得我们当今社会人认真学习和发展下去的，传统家具的榫卯结构工艺不仅要有精美的外形，还要有科学合理性，实用性以及长久耐用性，也要满足人们的审美需求，每一块工件的制作都渗透着工匠的心血，将一个看似没有神明的家具富有了灵魂，这种工匠的精神是值得我们学习的。

作为现代的人们，我们有义务把榫卯结构的这种文化发展下去，并不断创新榫卯结构，让它能适应当今的生产和生活，让其在创新中得以发展和发扬光大。
