请您签约前仔细了解本合同书内容、公司企业文化及相关管理制度，在认同公司企业文化、接受公司管理的前提下，签署本合同书。

Signing Notice of Employment Contract

Dear employee,

Pursuant to reverent laws and regulations of People’s Republic of China, written labor contracts shall be concluded to establish labor relationships between the employing units and labors. On the basis of the sample contract issued by the national administrative labor departments, this contract is the unified labor contract issued and implemented by China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (“Company”) according to the Company’s management practices and under the legal procedure.

The duration of the contact, the job position, the performance criteria compensation, the remuneration and benefits, and work periods stipulated in this Contract will be the basis identify the rights and liabilities between you and the Company when you entry. At the same time, the Company will continuously strengthen the market-oriented dynamic management, therefore the above context stipulated in the Contract will be adjusted according to your performance, and also this Contract will be rescinded or terminated in advance by the Company unilaterally if your performance fail to pass appraisal.

Please carefully read the text of Contract, understand the Company’s culture and policies. If you agree to share the Company’s culture and obey the Company’s management, please sign this Contract.
