超市零售业的物流与供应链管理
摘要
供应链管理是零售业发展的主要瓶颈之一,也是国内外学者研究的一个重要课题。超市作为零售业的主要业态,引起了行业以及学界对其供应链管理的极大关注.目前各大、中、小型超市都面临着激烈的市场竞争局面,各个超市企业在自身采购、供应链关系、物品配送、库存管理、信息处理、客户服务等方面都或多或少存在着一些问题。那些大型连锁超市凭借着成熟的技术和国外先进的管理经验,并取得了稳固的市场;而那些小型超市(包括私营承包超市)因规模小、抗风险能力差、管理不到位等原因而逐渐失去市场,面临着经营危机。
如何解决各类超市企业的存在的问题,完善其管理方案,提高经营水平,为企业赢得良好的效益,为社会人民更好得服务,使其更佳得融入现代物流的热潮,充分挖掘出当今的“第三利润源”,这些都有着深远的意义。

ABSTRACT
Supply chain management is one of the main bottlenecks of retail development, but also domestic and foreign scholars to study an important topic. As a major supermarket retail format, causing the industry and its supply chain management scholars of great concern. At present the major, medium and small supermarkets are facing fierce competition in the market situation, all the supermarket business in their own procurement, supply chain relationships, goods distribution, inventory management, information processing, customer service, there are some problems more or less. With that large supermarket chains mature technology and advanced management experience, and achieved a solid market; while those of small supermarkets (including the private contractor the supermarket) because of small, anti-risk ability, management is not in place for reasons such as losing market, facing a management crisis.
How to solve various problems in the supermarket business, improve its management programs to improve the operating level, the benefits for enterprises to win the good for the community to get people to better service, better get it into the modern logistics boom, fully excavated Today's "third profit source", which have a far-reaching significance.
