手术室的护理人员是一群从事特殊专业领域的特殊人群。手术室的工作者的工作很连贯，要求严格，需要连续性的、迅速和有效率的完成一项工作，同时由于工作时间的不确定性，在完成某项工作的时候时间不能完全预期，不可以停止中断，造成手术室护理工作人员的工作压力比较大，精神在一段时间内高度紧张，长期生活无规律。并且，长期接触药物，物理，化学放射性物质的辐射等各方面不利于身体健康的因素，这些有害的物质以及精神压力，不规律的生活，时时刻刻在威胁手术室护理工作人员的健康。关于护士的职业危害，已成为严重的社会问题。因此，通过调查、分析手术室护理人员常见的暴露性职业危害以及潜在的职业危害，以及调查对将要从事或者临床实习护士对于护理工作人员以后会遇到的职业危害进行调查，研究相应的防护策略具有重要的现实意义。

方法：通过社会调查问卷的方式，提炼问题，查阅相关文献资料，进行类比，总结归纳出相对应的办法。

结果：通过对不同的职业危害因素实施有效的行为制约，对从事护理工作的人员讲解防护知识，提前做好预防工作，制定高效有序的规章制度，从而避免了各种职业危害。

The nursing staff in the operation room is a special group engaged in special and professional fields. The work of the workers in the operation room is consistent, strict and requires a continuous, rapid and efficient work. Meanwhile, due to the uncertainty of working time, time ca n’t be fully expected when a job is completed. And the work can’t be stopped and interrupted. This causes that nursing staff in the operation room is more stressful, their spirit is highly tense in a period of time and their life is irregular for a long time. And they have long been exposed to factors such as drugs, radiation of physical and chemical radioactive materials and so on that are not conducive to health. These harmful substances, mental stress and irregular life threaten the health of the nursing staff in the operation room all the time. The occupational hazard

of nurses has become a serious social problem. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study corresponding protective strategies by investigating and analyzing the common occupational hazards and potential occupational hazards of the nursing staff in the operation room.

Methods: Refine the problem from the social survey questionnaire. Consult the relevant literature and information, carry on the analogy and sum up the corresponding methods.

Results: All kinds of occupational hazards have been avoided by implementing effective behavior restrictions on different occupational hazards, explaining the protection knowledge to the person engaged in nursing work, making preventive work in advance, and formulating efficient and orderly rules and regulations.
