腹膜前间隙疝修补术和疝环填充式修补术的对比研究目的比较疝环填充式修补术和腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床

效果，为临床治疗实践提供借鉴。方法选取本院2010年12月～2012年12月收治的腹股沟疝患者96例为研究对象，按治疗方法不同分为两组，实验组48例采用腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗，对照组48例采用疝环填充式修补术治疗，比较两组疗效。结果对照组手术时间明显长于实验组（P＜0.05）；对照组患者疼痛持续时间长于实验组（P＜0.05）；对照组患者局部异物感发生率和伤口麻木感发生率均显著高于实验组（P＜0.05）。结论采用腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果显著，是临床治疗腹股沟疝的可靠选择。

[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical treatment effect of peritoneal clearance hernia repair and mesh-plug hernioplasty in treatment of inguinal hernia，so as to provide reference for the clinical practice.Methods 96 patients with inguinal hernia in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research objects and all patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatment method，48 cases of experimental group were given peritoneal clearance hernia repair，48 cases of control group were treated by mesh-plug hernioplasty，clinical treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the control group was significantly longer than experimental group （P＜0.05），the pain duration in the control group was longer than experimental group（P＜0.05），the local foreign body feeling incidence and wound numbness incidence in the control group were significantly higher than experimental group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion In clinical practice of the treatment of inguinal hernia，the clinical effect of preperitoneal hernia repair is more significant，and it is a reliable choice for the clinical treatment of inguinal hernia.

临床治疗腹股沟疝的相关报道显示，采用疝环填充式修补术和腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝效果均较好[1-2]。为了进一步研究和比较两者临床治疗效果的差异，本文选取本院2010年12月～2012年12月收治的腹股沟疝患者96例进行回顾性分析。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

96例腹股沟疝患者中，男性89例，女性7例，年龄38～82岁，平均（61.13±15.11）岁。全部患者根据手术方法不同分成对照组和实验组，每组48例患者。两组患者的一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义。
