中非合作与非洲发展国际研讨会上发言稿(中英文)

共建一带一路提升中非经贸合作
尊敬的，
女士们、先生们、朋友们：
今年恰逢中马建交十周年，因此我们现在召开《中非合作与非洲发展国际研讨会》是一个很好的契机！做为企业我们愿意为推进包括马拉维在内的非洲国家的发展分享我们的经验。

特变电工是世界输变电行业的大型企业，铝电子、太阳能光伏、风电系统集成商，变压器等输变电设备产量连续多年居世界首位，企业综合实力位居世界机械500强第228位。

公司已先后在美国、俄罗斯等80余个国家和地区承接不同类型的工程项目，其中包括非洲的安哥拉、赞比亚、肯尼亚等30余个国家。

我们坚持项目开展到哪里就把友谊和爱心传递到哪里，在项目所在国积极开展修路架桥、捐资助学、培训服务等各类公益事业，已累计投入数亿元人民币。

特变电工愿意为马拉维和非洲的发展提供如下帮助：
一、我们愿意与非洲国家共享技术、培训电力人才。

我们在输变电、核电、水电、火电、水处理及可再生能源领域积极探索，积累了丰富的产品研发和工程建设经验。

我们愿意与包括马拉维在内的非洲国家共享技术及培养本土能源科技人才。

目前我们已为非洲各国培养了500余名能源电力技术专家，很多人已经成为各国能源电力的骨干人才。

二、我们愿意为非洲国家提供各类能源解决方案。

电工已连续多年成为全球排名第一的光伏项目EPC服务商，我们愿意在太阳能、风能等清洁能源的开发利用方面与非洲国家合作，提供各类能源解决方案。

三、我们愿意为非洲国家提供投融资服务。

特变电工拥有境外国际成套工程企业AAA信用等级，与中国进出口银行、中国国家开发银行等金融机构建立了长期的战略合作关系，具备了较强的融资及配套服务能力。

公司旗下拥有三家上市公司，都有较高的授信额度。

我们有能力、也有意愿为马拉维和非洲能源建设等各方面提供技术和融资解决方案。

基于特变电工自身的特点和优势以及我本人十多年海外工作的经验，我们希望以此次研讨会为契机，加深了解、扩大合作，为推动“一带一路”务实合作、提升中非经贸合作做出我们应有的贡献！

One Belt and One Road Initiative Promoting Sino-African Economic and Trade Cooperation
Distinguished guests,
Ladies and Gentlemen:
This year marks the 10th anniversary of establishingdiplomatic relations between China and Malawi, which offers a special occasion for the International Seminar on Sino-African Cooperation and African Development. It is our great honor to share with your our experience in advancing development of Malawi and other African countries.
As a leading enterprise in power transmission industry in the world and also an integrator of aluminum electronics, photovoltaic power and wind power system, TBEA has, for many years, provided more power transmission equipment such as transformers than any other company in the world. Ranking the 224th worldwide in the top 500enterprisesspecializingin machinery, TBEA has undertaken numerous projects of different kinds in over 80 countries and regions in the world, including African countries like Angola, Zambia and Kenya, as well as other countries such as United States and Russia. We actively fulfil our social responsibility, believing that we should bring friendliness and love wherever we work. We have spent hundreds of millions of RMB Yuan in countries of the project on various kinds of public programs, such as road and bridge building, education improvement, and personnel training.
TBEA is willing to offer help as follows for Malawi and other Africancountries.
1.We stand ready to share technology with African countries
and help train personnel in electricity service. We have accumulated rich experience in product research and development and project implementation while making adventurous explorations in the field of power transmission, nuclear energy, hydro power, thermal power, water treatment, and renewable energy. We are willing to share technology with Malawi and other Africancountries, and help them train their own personnel in the field of energy. As of now, we have trained more than 500 experts in energy, many of who have become the backbones in the power sector of their country. 2.We are ready to provide different kinds of energy
solutions to Africancountries. For many years in a row, TBEA has been the biggest EPC contractor of photovoltaic projects in the world. We are willing to provide Africancountries various kinds of energy solutions, and cooperate with them in clean energy development, such as solar power or wind power.
3.We are willing to provide financing for African
countries.TBEA is rated as a triple A enterprise in China for providing complete plants overseas. And thanks to its long-term strategic cooperation with financial institutions such as Exim Bank of China and China Development Bank, TBEA
has strong capacity in providing financing and supporting services. Besides, with three listed companies under its banner, TBEA has a high credit line. In one word, we are willing to provide technical and financing solutions to Malawi and other African countries for their development; and more importantly, we are capable of it.
Given the strengths of TBEA and my more than 10 years’experiencesoverseas, I wish to take the opportunity of this seminar to deepen our understanding and expand our cooperation in the frame of“One Belt and One Road”initiative, making our due contribution to promoting Sino-African economic and trade cooperation.
