The hot primary air: from both sides of cold air chamber to the combustion chamber (through holes on the air distribution plate).
The hot secondary air: to the combustion chamber into two layers over the air distribution plate.
1.3.5除灰渣系统Ash and Slag Removing System
除渣系统：从Ф219的放渣管接至冷渣机，冷却后由人工小车送至堆渣场。
Slag removing system: from slag tube（Ф219）to the slag extractor, and to the slag yard by trolley after being cooled down.

冷风从吸风口至锅炉一次风空气预热器、二次风空气预热器进口，热一次风从炉膛水冷风室二侧进入，经布风板风帽小孔进入燃烧室。热二次风在布风板上高度方向分二层送入。

1.3.2热力系统Thermodynamic System
电站内主蒸汽系统、主给水系统、回热系统、油系统、凝结水及补给水系统、汽机冷油器、发电机空冷器及辅助设备的闭式冷却水系统，冷却水系统的补充水由买方经预处理后输送至冷却塔水池。冷凝器的循环水为海水开式冷却系统.海水泵房至主厂房距离暂按200m考虑。

1.3工程承包范围Scope of the Contract
1.3.1 20t/h中温450℃中压3.82MPa的循环流化床锅炉2台，N3-3.43－2凝汽式汽轮机2台，QF-K3-2汽轮发电机2台。锅炉按买方要求，采用半露天布置。

The make-up water for cooling water system shall be pumped to cooling tower pool after being pretreated by the Buyer. The cooling water for condenser will be seawater with open circulation system. The distance between the seawater pump and main machine house will be considered as200mtemporarily.

燃煤在干煤棚内通过桥式抓斗起重机把煤吊入地下煤斗，经皮带机送至碎煤机房，破碎后经输煤系统运至炉前混凝土煤仓入口进锅炉。
The fuel coal: from dry coal shed to the underground coal hopper by bridge grab crane, and to the coal crusher room by belt conveyor, then to the concrete coal bunker (located in front of boiler) and finally to the boiler.
公司（以下简称买方）与中船重工集团公司第七0三研究所无锡分部（以下简称供方），就买方的2×3MW燃煤电厂工程设计、设备、材料成套供货、指导安装调试事宜，按照中华人民共和国合同法和相关法律、法规的规定，根据买方的燃料及要求，在买方详细审核供方技术方案和报价的基础上，本着“自愿、平等、互利、有偿、诚实、信用”的原则，双方授权代表特签订以下技术协议条款。本技术协议经双方单位盖章，授权代表签字生效，文件份数与合同相同，与合同具有同等法律效力（合同号）。

1.3.6化学水处理部分Water Chemical Treatment Section
The Technical Agreement shall come into force after it has been signed and sealed by the representatives authorized by the Seller and the Buyer. Itshall also have the copies identical with those of the Contract and shall have the same legal effect as the Contract (the Contract No. is).
Company（hereinafter called as the Buyer）established and organized under the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, andWuxi division of No. 703 Research Institute of CSIC（hereinafter called as the Seller）established and organized under the law of the People’s Republic of China, herein based on the contract law and relative laws and codes of the People’s Republic of China, and the principle of “voluntary, equal, mutually beneficial, faithful, compensative and creditable”, have agreed and signed the Technical Agreement under the terms and conditions below with regard to the engineering, equipment & material supply,installation& commissioning supervisionofthe Buyer’s 2×3MW coal-fired power plant in accordance with the Buyer’s fuel characteristic and requirements, after the Seller’s technical proposal and quotation being carefully reviewed by the Buyer.
