Framework Act on Low Carbon,
Green Growth

M atters concerning the green life, the green homeland (Article 51) and the low-carbon traffi c system (Article 53);
M atters concerning international negotiations and cooperation in relation to low carbon, green growth, including climate change;O ther matters necessary for low carbon, green growth, including procurement of fi nancial resources, taxation, fi nancing, training of human resources, education, and public relations activities.
