中文摘要

目的了解哈尔滨市牡丹江市12岁～17岁儿童青少年忽视程度及状况,以及两市12岁～17岁儿童青少年忽视与父母过度保护干涉的关系，分析其中哪些方面的忽视与父母过度保护和过分干涉相关性更强，以便于根据分析得出的结果采取相应的干预措施。

方法本次调查采用的主要是流行病学的横段面调查方法。首先采用分层整群随机抽样的方法选取哈尔滨和牡丹江两个城市初中一年级至高中二年级男女学生共1062例，对其进行问卷调查，采用的问卷包括潘建平教授编制的12-17岁忽视问卷及父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)中关于父母过度保护和过度干涉部分的问卷。

结果哈尔滨市与牡丹江市12岁～17岁儿童青少年的忽视程度存在显著性差异，牡丹江市儿童青少年受忽视水平高于哈尔滨市（P＜0.01）；父母过度保护及干涉在总体上也显示了同样的趋势（P＜0.01）；两市12岁～17岁儿童青少年受忽视情况与父母过度保护及干涉都存在明显的性别差异（P＜0.01）；两市的父母亲过度保护和干涉与情感忽视，教育忽视及忽视总分均存在正相关（P＜0.01）；牡丹江市母亲过度保护及干涉和母亲过度保护和干涉的总得分也与身体忽视存在正相关（P＜0.05）；各个年龄段之间仅牡丹江市12～17岁的儿童青少年在忽视总分、情感忽视、教育忽视和社会忽视存在显著性差异（忽视总分和教育忽视P＜0.01，情感忽视和社会忽视P＜0.05）；哈尔滨市及所有研究对象则不存在差异（P＞0.05）。

结论哈尔滨市与牡丹江市12岁～17岁儿童青少年的忽视与父母过度保护过分干涉存在显著的相关性，并且父母过度保护过分干涉与情感忽视、教育忽视相关性更加明显，父母过度保护过分干涉的性别差异提示我们，对于女孩的关爱应该加强。对于儿童青少年的忽视问题和父母过度保护过分干涉孩子的问题应该引起重视尽早发现并且采取相应的措施进行干预。

Abstract

Objective Understand the neglect of the child and adolescents from 12 to 17 years old of Harbin and Mudanjiang city, and the relationship between neglect and over interfere and over protect, and to analyze which aspect of child neglect has more strong pertinence with parents over interfere and over protect, so that we can take the right measure according to the outcome.

Methods In this investigation, we mainly use cross-sectional method of epidemiology .First, use the method of group sampling at random to cramp up two classes boys and girls of the two one middle school(from grade one to grade three) and one high school(grade one and grade two) each city and carries on the questionnaire survey to them. The questionnaire we used was made by Professor Jianping Pan which called neglect questionnaire from 12 to 17 and the part about parents over interfere and over protect of EMBU.

Results The relationship between neglect and over interfere or protect exist pertinences. The neglect degree of the child and adolescent from 12 to 17 of the two city exists significance difference, and in popular parents over interfere and protect exist the same tendency. what's more the neglect level of Mudanjiang city is higher than Harbin city. The situation of Child and adolescent's parents over interfere and over protect between the two city has remarkable sex difference. The total score between parents over interfere\ protect and emotional neglect \educational neglect of Mudanjiang city has positive correlation, and the same to the total score between mother over interfere\ protect and physical neglect.What's more, only the total score of neglect, emotional neglect, educational neglect, social neglect in different age periods exist pertinences in Mudanjiang city, however the situation of Harbin city and the whole subjects do not differ.

Conclusion The relationship between over interfere and protect of parents and emotional \ educational neglect exist prominent permanence. The sex difference of over interfere and over protect calls attentions to care about girls more. And facing the problems on either neglect or parents over interfere or over protect, we must discover them and take suitable step promptly.
