（防爆阻火）呼吸阀
（防爆阻火）呼吸阀是维护储罐气压平衡，减少介质挥发的安全节能产品，常与阻火器配套使用。

我公司生产的（防爆阻火）呼吸阀具有结构紧凑，通气量大、泄漏量小、耐腐蚀等特点。

阀口采用聚四氟材料，具有耐低温、防霜冻等优点。

呼吸阀内设有静电保护装置，使得该阀时刻与罐体保持同等电位。

一、技术要求：Specification requirement :
操作压力：Operate the pressure:
Type A：+355pa(+36mmH2O) -295pa(-30mmH2O)
Type B：+980pa(+100mmH2O) -295pa(-30mmH2O)
Type C：+1750pa(+180mmH2O) -295pa(-30mmH2O)
Type D：按用户要求生产（特殊压力等级）
Produce according to user's request (the special grade of pressure)
备注：一般情况下，（阻火）呼吸阀的操作压力以B型为准。

适用物料：汽油、煤油、柴油、芳烃、硫、空气等石油化工物料。

环境温度：-30℃-+60℃。

二、材料：Material :
（阻火）呼吸阀壳体–碳钢、铸铝、不锈钢（根据订单上材质决定）

四、（阻火）呼吸阀性能及特点：

1、（阻火）呼吸阀的阀体能承受0.2Mpa的水压，无渗透和变形现象。

当（阻火）呼吸阀达到了工作压力以后：阀盘立即开启，保证储罐正常的通气要求。

五、试压检测Try pressing and measuring
1、检测准备Measure and prepare
将（阻火）呼吸阀正确地安装在试验台上，装置不应有泄漏现象，测试管内壁应平整光滑。

2、检测介质Measure the medium
阻火呼吸阀开启压力、通气量、泄漏量的检测介质为空气，其绝对压力为0.1Mpa，温度为20℃，相对湿度为50%，密度为1.2kg/m3，若空气不是此状态时，应换算成此状态的气体。

阻火呼吸阀阀体压力的检测介质为5-35 ℃清水。

4、水压检测Water pressure measuring
阻火呼吸阀进行水压试验的压力为0.2Mpa，保压时间为10min，试压结构应符合四（1）之要求。

5、压力检测The pressure measuring
将（阻火）呼吸阀安装在储气罐接管法兰上，调节阀门，使储气罐内的压力逐步升高或降低，将阀盘调整到使其处于开启状态，由连通的微压计上读出压力值，每分钟读值一次，然后再将阀盘分别转动90°、180°，重复上述试验，每一工况重复三次，取其平均值，试验结果应符合四（2）、四（3）之要求。

泄漏量检测的压力为0.75倍的操作压力，该值由微压计上读值。

泄漏量的值由流量计上读值（流量计的精度为0.5-1.0级）每分钟读各测量值一次，共读三次，取其平均值，其结果应符合四（5）之要求。

（阻火）呼吸阀将阻火呼吸阀安装在试验架上放入低温箱内，低温箱内的温度降到4-15℃，同时和低温箱内连续输入相对温度不低于70%的常温空气，在阀盘末开启前达到呼吸阀内处结箱，再使低温箱内温度降到-30℃，经24小时恒温，将试验架一侧连接到微压计，另一侧通过存有常温空气的稳压罐与空气动力连接。

当呼吸阀的阀盘处于开启状态时，读压力值。

重复三次，均符合四（2）之要求。

六、标志包装Sign Packaging
1、每台（阻火）呼吸阀都在明显部位固定永久性产品标牌，标牌应符合GB/T13306之规定，并标明：1, Each hinder fire breathe valves in the obvious regular permanent

d、操作压力

2、（阻火）呼吸阀非加工表面应涂防锈底漆，外表再涂两遍面漆。

涂漆应均匀，色泽光亮，法兰面应涂防锈油脂，并用塑料护盖防护。

整体用木箱包装，其包装符合GB/T13384之标准。

七、呼吸阀的维护与保养
（阻火）呼吸阀的维护与保养每月一次，冬季每月两次。

其方法：先将阀盖轻轻打开，把真空阀盘和压力阀盘取出，检查阀盘与阀盘密封处、阀盘导杆与导杆套有无油污和脏物，如出现油污和脏物应清除干净，然后装回原位，上下拉动几下，检查开启是否灵活可靠。

如果一切正常，再将阀盖盖好紧固。

在维护与保养中，如发现阀盘有划痕、磨损等异常现象，应马上更换或与我公司联系，以使及时得到解决。
