秸秆切碎机的设计

摘要

我国农村有着种类多、分布广、数量大的秸秆资源,积极发展秸秆养畜,实行农牧结合,形成节粮型的畜牧业结构是符合我国国情的畜牧业发展的有效途径。随着畜牧业的发展,草饲料加工机械也得到了大力发展,铡草机是应用较广泛的草饲料加工机具之一。新型秸秆铡草机能扩大饲料来源,改善秸秆品质,避免粗饲料茎杆部分不被采食的浪费。但铡草机在使用过程中,性能的某些方面还不能满足广大用户的需要。因此,本文针对铡草机关键部件切碎器进行分析研究,为铡草机今后的改进提供理论依据。本文铡草机刀片的切割方式、滑切角、刃磨角和材料等方面进行分析研究,在刀片结构设计上提出改进措施,为刀片进行优化设计提供了必要的理论依据。最后,本文对铡草机样机进行工作性能试验,证明改进后的铡草机性能良好。这种基于Auto CAD装配的设计方法可使设计方案交流方便,整体设计程序更具有灵活性和高效性,缩短了产品研发周期。

Abstract

In our country,resources of stalks are rich in the field,with widespread and large in amount. It is available method which accord with developing stockbreeding,With the development of animal husbandry,the grass feed processing machinery was developed vigorously. The straw cutter is one of the widely used machines. to develop stalk feeding livestock,to carry out farming and herding combined,and to form stockbreeding structure of saving grain. By a new chaff box machine,the range of feedstuff was enlarged,the quality of straw-stalk was improved,as a result,the waste of coarse fodder of straw-stalk was decreased. the thesis’s aim is to analyze and study the key parts of the machine,so that the theoretic gist is offered to inporve dthe sign of chaff box. A knife of the machine was analyzed from these aspects which include kinds of cutting way,shape of cutter-edge,material and so on.the theoretical gist was offered for optimizing design of the knife. parts of chaff box machine were drawn,the result confirmed that the machine was good. The way of Auto CAD design has more flexibility and effectiveness,reduces the development cycle of product.
