中国男女平等吗？

男女平等是我国妇女发展的重要目标，是衡量社会文明进步的重要尺度。男女平等基本国策是江泽民同志在1995年第四次世界妇女大会开幕式明确提出的。法律保障上和受教育方面是相对平等的，例如国家有男女平等的规定，也的确付诸行动。这也是人们在这方面感受到变化。

的确，新时代促使很多新事物和新思想的转变。影视作品里韩剧《大长今》中女主角长今形象在中国得到广泛认可和追捧，就是一个例证。我说看的关于这方面的小说中，印象最深的是王小波的《黄金时代》，他的书在中国影响巨大，对中国的年轻一代尤其为甚。小说就刻画了许多有思想，有性格的女性。而给书中小说女性的定位，也完全没有以前老一代作家那样潜意识就有所偏颇。

但事实上中国民族的传统和一些封建的残余，男女平等仍然难以完全达到。不但是普通的很多观念和做法，甚至媒体都会将这种意识体现在自己的工作里。男性要求女性没有婚前性行为，许多家庭做婚前胎儿性别检查，都是很好的证明。

我很喜欢看很有趣的广告，我留意到一个现象。像许多广告作品里，表示产品的效用，场景通常是每当女性有危险，男性挺身而出，拯救女性。其实其实这也无意中暗示强化了女性的弱者。其实媒体在营造男女平等这个社会气氛上举足轻重。

2005年，华坤女性调查中心（HUAKUN Women Survey Center）的调查也印证了这个问题，一个女性专业调查机构在问卷中问到“您是否认为大众传媒存在对妇女的偏见时”，81.96%的人认为“存在”，认为“不存在”的仅占9.02%，还有7.69%的人表示“没有感觉”。最突出的例子就是，受访者女性对一些媒体屡屡刊登一些女性为避免强暴而跳楼、以致造成终身残废等烈女事件特别反感。为什么？她们认为，“烈女”本身是值得同情的，但媒体的肯定，赞扬的报道却在无形中为大多数妇女“树立”了一个榜样：遇到类似的事情，应该不惜以生命或者终身残疾为代价保住忠贞。这也侧面反映了媒体对女性缺少关爱，事实上媒体在报道类似的事件中，更应该探究一下，“除了跳楼外，还有没有别的选择？”

思想才是解决男女平才是是中国“男女平等”的突破口，这需要大众传媒的支持。媒体如果深知自己在这方面的影响力和责任，他们或许会注意到这点冰做得更好。中国要真正实现“男女平等”还要走很长的一段路，而不是单单靠国家制定法律那么简单。
