海南国际物流发展现状及对策基于物流园区视角的分析

摘要

随着中国经济持续稳定的高速增长、电子商务的兴起、海南国际旅游岛的建设的提出等,海南物流业的发展掀起了一个又一个的浪潮。由于政策环境与经济环境的改善,企业改革日益深化,为物流业发展建立了良好的宏观环境和微观基础,物流事业的发展形势越来越好。物流业,这个体现当今社会生产专业化和高效运作的服务领域,其发展的机遇与挑战同在。目前,海南物流现状物流园区的建设方兴未艾，但是却难以适应国际旅游岛发展对于国际物流的需求。国际贸易的又好又快发展要求物流规模继续增长,物流服务质量持续提高,物流需求结构不断改善。要想使物流园区发展与国际贸易发展相适应,除设法提高物流园区建设的规模,还应加强物流园区规划和设计,同时引入物流合理化的理念,必须重视我省国际物流需求影响因素分析,加强国际物流需求管理，加快物流基础设施建设、加强物流企业信息化建设、重视高素质物流人才培养、降低国际物流成本等对策。对物流园区设施建设及服务行为的合理化,对改进物流园区供给系统,对物流园区服务国际物流的多元化现象都具有现实的指导意义。根据定性的结果,海南物流园区发展的特点及趋势,为使我省物流产业健康、有序、快速地发展,,推动国际物流的建设和发展。从物流园区的视角上,鼓励物流园区加强自身建设,做好与国际物流有效对接。物流园区自身要不断加强信息化、网络化建设,完善国际物流系统与网络,学习借鉴国外的先进经验、组建物流联盟,发挥整体优势,迅速与先进的国际发展水平接轨，从而促进海南国际物流的发展。

Abstract

As China's economy continues to stable growth, the rise of e-commerce, the construction of hainan international tourism island, etc., put forward the development of logistics industry in hainan province caused a wave of one another. Due to the improvement of policy environment and economic environment, deepening enterprise reform, for logistics has established good macro environment and micro foundation, the development situation of logistics industry is getting better and better.
