M&J Machinery Engineer Co., Ltd. is one of the new leading packing resolution suppliers in China. It has authorized permit enterprise from the state and Jiangsu technical supervision department. And also the independent import/export license. M&J design, produce and install from the single quantitative bagging machine, to completed automatic bagging systems, and other large bagging projects. Appeared many industries, throughout domestic and foreign countries, and was widely recognized. In 2006, M&J obtained ISO9001-2008 certification. In the same year, it was awarded with the title of Quality Confirmed Firm by the Committee of the Jiangsu Reputation and Quality Supervision.

阀口包装秤常应用于一些含气量较高或比重较轻的流动性较差的粉末状物料如钛白粉、碳黑、滑石粉、碳酸钙及陶瓷粉等物料的包装。该秤集自动破拱、计量、灌包、封口于一体，大大减轻后续工作量并最大限度地减少包装过程中的粉尘外扬。

主要特点：

◆包装过程中通过PLC设定的程序进行快慢速加料，之前采用快速程序，当达到额定量的90%时则采用慢加料

◆高精度螺旋给料，加料嘴配有防尘装置，无扬尘，可根据不同规格袋口选配套袋螺旋机构

◆包装过程中进行托袋振动，加快包装速度并使包装袋平整、美观

◆自动去皮、清零、数据自修正功能，以方便使用不同规格或重量包装袋

◆物料下限位时立刻报警并自动停止包装，系统自动进入待机程序

◆进料过程中破拱功能确保物料连续、流畅地进入输送螺旋及包装袋内

◆仪表配备记数功能，有打印要求时可以配备打印机

◆仪表带有RS232或RS485接口

◆设备整体箱式化设计便于安装、移动
