摘要:本研究以“丰花月季”品种为试材,采用正交试验设计,研究蔗糖浓度、硼酸浓度、CaCl2浓度、MgSO4浓度、ZnSO4浓度5个因素对其花粉生活力的影响,以期找出最适宜“丰花月季”花粉萌发的培养条件。结果表明:蔗糖浓度对“丰花月季”花粉萌发的影响最大,其余依次为硼酸浓度、ZnSO4浓度、CaCl2浓度,MgSO4浓度的影响最小。一定浓度的蔗糖、硼酸、CaCl2对花粉的萌发有较大的促进作用,但超过一定浓度时起抑制作用,而ZnSO4浓度对花粉的萌发率影响是在一定范围内先降低后升高,MgSO4浓度对花粉的萌发影响不太明显。最适宜“丰花月季”花粉萌发的离体条件是:200g/L 蔗糖+100mg/L 硼酸+50mg/L CaCl2+20mg/L MgSO4+40mg/L ZnSO4。

Effects of different treatments on ‘Floribunda Roses’

pollen viability

Abstract: In this study, ‘Floribunda Roses’ were used as experimental materials. The study discussed five factors influence on pollen viability by orthogonal experiment design, and the five factors were the concentration of sucrose, the concentration of boric acid, the concentration of CaCl2, the concentration of MgSO4and the concentration of ZnSO4, so as to find out the best matching, namely, the optimum culture conditions of ‘Floribunda Roses’ pollen germination. The results showed that the concentration of sucrose had the greatest influence on ‘Floribunda Roses’ pollen germination, the concentration of boric acid, the concentration of ZnSO4, and the concentration of CaCl2had greater influence, and that the concentration of MgSO4

had minimal impact. A certain concentrations of sucrose, boric acid and CaCl2for pollen germination had great role in promoting, but when the factors exceeded a certain concentration, they would had inhibitory effect. The effect of the concentration of ZnSO4on pollen germination rate was later increased after the firstly decreased within a certain range. The concentration of MgSO4had little effect on pollen germination. 200g/L sucrose + 100 mg/L boric acid + 50mg/L CaCl2 + 20mg/L MgSO4 + 40mg/L ZnSO4, was the best in vitro culture medium for ‘Floribunda Roses’pollen germination.
