胶东国际机场和临空经济区简介
胶东国际机场规划概况。
胶东国际机场是国家级关键交通节点、面向日韩的门户机场、东北亚地区重要的综合枢纽。
其运行等级为4F级,一期工程以2025年为目标年,工程总投资约415.66亿元,建设2条平行远距跑道,跑道长度3600米,航站楼面积47.8万平方米,预计2020年投入使用,建成后可满足年旅客吞吐量3500万人次、货邮吞吐量50万吨,飞机起降29.8万架次的保障需求。
远期以2045年为目标年,规划将再建设2条近距跑道,可满足年旅客吞吐量5500万人次、终端6000万人次,货邮吞吐量100万吨,飞机起降45.2万架次的保障需求。
青岛胶东临空经济区规划概况。
位于青岛市西北区域,距离青岛主城区40公里,规划面积221平方公里,将打造成“区域性国际航空枢纽、高端临空产业基地、自由贸易空港试验区、现代化生态智慧空港城”,目前,临空经济示范区申报方案已于2015年8月正式上报国家发改委,近期将正式获批为首批“国家级临空经济示范区”。
同时,按照机场“南客北货”的布局,确定申建北部综合保税区和南部自贸区,其中空港自贸区已提报为山东省自贸区功能板块之一。
根据临空经济区功能分区和重点产业发展布局,构建“一核两翼、两心双轴、五片两港、组团发展”的产业发展格局,大力引进金融、总部商务、会展服务、科技孵化、现代商贸、电子
商务、仓储物流、软件及服务外包、文化创意、旅游休闲度假、康体医疗及高等教育培训等高端服务业类,以及新一代信息技术、智能高端装备制造、航空制造与维修、新材料、新能源、生物医药研发、节能环保等战略性新兴产业类项目,努力把临空经济区建设成为全国航空港经济发展示范区,服务山东半岛及带动辐射周边区域经济的重要发展极。

Brief introduction to the Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport and the Airport Economic Zone
Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport Planning Survey
Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport is positioning to become the national key transport node, the gateway airport for Japan and South Korea, the important comprehensive hub in Northeast Asia. The operation level of Qingdao Jiaodong Airport will be 4F. The first phase of the project is scheduled to be completed in 2025. The total investment of the project is about 41.566 billion yuan.It will have a 450,000 square meters terminal building and 2 main runways which are 3600 meters long. The airport is due to be used in 2020 and it should be able to handle 35 million passengers, 500,000 tons of cargo and 298,000 flights annually. The second phase of the project is expected to be completed in 2045. The airport will have 2 secondary runways which are 3200 meters long and be able to handle 55 million passengers, 1.0 million tons of cargo and 452,000 flights annually.
Qingdao Jiaodong Airport Economic Zone Planning Survey
The Airport Economic Zone, 40 kilometers to the northwest of Qingdao and with planning area of 221 square kilometers, will be built as “regional international aviation hub, high-end airport industrial base, pilot airport free trade zone, modern ecological wisdom city”. The scheme of airport economic demonstration zone has been reported the National Development and Reform Commission in August, 2015. Jiaodong airport economic zone will be
approved as the first batch of "National Airport Economic Demonstration Zone" officially. In accordance with the layout which is “the southern part for passengers, the northern part for cargoes”, it is determined to apply for building comprehensive free trade zone in the north and Free Trade Area (FTA) in the south, airport free trade zone has been submitted as one of Shandong Province FTA functional blocks. According to the function of the airport economic zone and key industrial development layout, it will has the pattern of “one core two wings, double center and axis, five areas two ports, group development”. In order to make the zone into national airport economic demonstration zone and the important pole to serve Shandong Peninsula and drive regional economic development of the surrounding areas,the government pays more attention to introduce high-end services, such as finance, headquarters economy, exhibition services, S&T incubation, modern commerce and trade, electronic commerce,warehouse logistics,software and service outsourcing,culture creativity,tourism and leisure, healthcare, advanced education training and strategic emerging industries projects, such as the new generation information technology,intelligent high-end equipment manufacturing, a ircraft manufacturing and maintenance,new materials, new energy,biomedical R&D,energy saving and environmental protection.
