新密大磨岭煤矿采矿专项初步设计

摘要:本设计的井田面积约为16.4平方千米,设计开采煤层为二1煤;井田内煤层赋存比较稳定,煤层倾角7°-15°,平均倾角为11°,煤层平均厚度为厚4.92m,整体地质条件比较简单。该设计矿井为属高瓦斯矿井,涌水量较大,煤层不易自燃,具有爆炸性。

矿井设计年产量90万吨,矿井工作采用三八制;根据实际的地质资料情况进行井田开拓和准备方式的初步设计,该矿井决定采用立井一水平暗斜井二水平上山式开采,阶段内采用采区式划分,区段内设计采用综采放顶煤回采工艺,走向长壁采煤法,用全部跨落法处理采空区。

矿井采用抽出式通风,通风系统为两翼对角式,副井进风,回风大巷回风;井底车场选用立井刀式环形,井下主要运输选用采用矿车运输,并对矿井运输、矿井提升、矿井排水和矿井通风等各个生产系统的设备选型计算,以及对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求,完成整个矿井的初步设计。矿井基本实现机械化采煤,采用先进技术和借鉴已实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验,实现一矿一面高产高效矿井从而达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。
