Xi'an 710038,China)ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate and analyze the awareness and views of issues related to clinical trials carried out by front-line nurses and find the key -point in cultivating nursing -related clinical trial researchers.Methods A sample

survey of 128front -line nurses was conducted.The specific contents of the survey were as follows:①the training of clinical trial knowledge of nurses;②the mastery of clinical trial knowledge of nurses;③the attention and enthusiasm towards carrying out prospective clinical trial of nurses.The relationship between survey contents and age,gender,

education background and service time of nurses,and the correlation among survey contents were analyzed.Results The qualified training,knowledge about clinical trials and attention and enthusiasm to carry out prospective clinical trials

of front-line nurses with postgraduate education were significantly better than those with the non-postgraduate education

(P <0.05),which of front-line nurses were not related to gender,age and service time (P >0.05).Unqualified training nurses

had less knowledge about clinical trials and paid less attention to prospective clinical trials,who were more negative (P <0.05).Conclusion Basic training of knowledge related to clinical trials for non-postgraduate front-line nurses is the key-point in cultivating nursing-related clinical trial researchers,which may influence the nurses'cognition on the clinical trial knowledge and their attention and enthusiasm on carrying out the clinical trial.KEYWORDS:nursing-related clinical trial;basic training;front-line nurses

临床医学

临床试验是指以人为对象的前瞻性研究，

预先将受试者或受试人群分配使其接受一种或多种医疗干预，以评价医疗干预对健康结局的影响[1]。其中“医疗干预”包括但不仅限于药物、细胞、其他生物制品、外科治疗、放射治疗、医疗器械、行为疗法、治疗过程的改变、预防保健及心理疏导等[1-2]。严格的临床试验能够为医护人员提供级别最高的循证医学证据，以便指导患者选择最佳的治疗方案，给予其最佳的护理措施，这对于提高医疗护理服务水平至关重要。

目前，在我国由临床医生牵头开展的一系列药物临床试验已与国际临床试验研究水平接轨，部分研究成果已得到

国际的认可。但我国护理人员作为卫生工作者不可缺少的一部分，尚未在临床试验领域崭露头角。虽然在药物临床试验过程中，已有科研护士的参与，但重点并未在护理领域。截止目前为止，尚未有护理人员能够较好地牵头开展护理方面的临床试验研究。究其原因可能为，①不了解临床试验知识；②未接受过合格的临床试验知识的基础培训；③对开展临床试验不够重视；④对开展临床试验不够积极，思维尚能得到激发。因此，培养一批能够发现护理临床问题、设计并开展护理相关临床试验的护理科研人员是未来护士培养工作的重点。

摘要：目的调查和分析一线护理人员对开展临床试验相关问题的认识和看法，寻找培养护理相关临床试验科研人员的工作重点。方法对128名一线护理人员进行抽样调查，具体调查内容如下：①护理人员接受临床试验知识培训情况；②护理人员

对临床试验知识的掌握情况；③护理人员对开展前瞻性临床试验的重视程度及积极性。分析调查内容与护理人员的年龄、性

别、学历及工作年限的关系及各调查内容之间的关联性。结果研究生学历的一线护理人员培训合格情况、对临床试验相关

知识了解情况及对开展前瞻性临床试验的重视程度及积极性均显著优于非研究生学历的人员（P <0.05）。而护理人员培训合

格情况、对临床试验相关知识了解情况及对开展前瞻性临床试验的重视程度及积极性与其性别、年龄及工作年限无关（P >0.05）。培训不合格护理人员对临床试验相关知识了解更少，且对开展前瞻性临床试验的重视程度不够，更为消极（P <0.05）。结论对非研究生学历一线护理人员进行临床试验相关知识的基础培训是培养护理相关临床试验科研人员工作

的重点，

其影响一线护理人员对临床试验相关知识的了解和其对开展临床试验的重视程度和积极性。关键词：护理相关临床试验；基础培训；一线护理人员
