摘要
人力资源是企业最重要的资源之一,而招聘工作是人力资源工作的起点。在
招聘工作中,招聘渠道的选择至关重要,很大程度上决定了招聘工作的质量与效率。当前,随着时代与技术的发展,招聘渠道由原来单一的国家分配转变为多类型的招聘渠道,并且招聘渠道还在快速的增加,由本世纪初的现场招聘会、报刊媒体等招聘渠道转变为网络招聘渠道为主流的招聘方式,最近招聘渠道有往社交网络招聘渠道发展的趋势。作为HR,要时刻关注最新的招聘渠道动态,了解不
同招聘渠道的人才特点,才能更好的完成招聘工作。本文旨在针对不同招聘渠道的特点进行比较分析,通过比较四个阶段的招聘渠道,以及当前最主要的招聘渠道,内部招聘、外部招聘与校园招聘之间的特点,从时间、数量、质量及成本因素上分析适合企业的招聘渠道。并以向日葵公司为例,通过比较向日葵公司现有的各招聘渠道的招聘效果,分析各招聘渠道的优缺点以及招聘过程中遇到的问题,得出结论并从合理选择招聘渠道、优化招聘渠道以及使用新兴的招聘渠道三个方面提出建议。旨在降低向日葵公司的招聘成本提高招聘效率,并希望以此推广到与向日葵公司同类型的企业。

ABSTRACT
Human resources is one of the most important resources of the enterprise, and recruitment is the starting point of human resources work. In the recruitment process, the selection of recruitment channels is of critical importance, which largely determines the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process. At present, with the development of the times and technology, the recruitment channels have changed from a single country to a multi-type recruitment channel, and the recruitment channels are still increasing rapidly. From the recruitment channels such as on-site job fairs and newspapers and media at the beginning of the century to the mainstream recruitment methods of online recruitment channels, recruitment channels have recently developed into social network recruitment channels. As HR, we should always pay attention to the latest recruitment channels and understand the characteristics of talents in different recruitment channels in order to better complete the recruitment work. The purpose of this article is to compare the characteristics of different recruitment channels. By comparing the recruitment channels of the four
stages and the most important recruitment channels at present, the characteristics of internal recruitment, external recruitment and campus recruitment. Analyze suitable recruitment channels from time, quantity, quality and cost factors. Taking Sunflower Company as an example, through the study of the effectiveness of the existing recruitment channels of Sunflower Company, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each recruitment channel and the problems encountered in the recruitment process. To draw conclusions and make suggestions from three aspects: reasonable selection of recruitment channels, optimization of recruitment channels and use of emerging recruitment channels. It aims to reduce the recruitment costs of sunflower companies and increase the efficiency of recruitment. It hopes to promote it to companies of the same type as sunflower companies.

我国正在大力倡导“互联网+”,随着网络和智能手机的普及,招聘方式也呈现的越来越多样化、专业化。这对招聘工作也是一个挑战,我们需要从传统的单一渠道发展成在众多招聘渠道中进行选择。
因此,选择最合适的招聘渠道为企业找到最适合的人才,最大限度的提高招聘渠道的有效性同时保证招聘成本的可控,是当前招聘工作的一大难点。
对于招聘工作来说,招聘渠道的选择很大程度上决定了招聘效率的高低。目前我国存在的招聘渠道里的人才储备的侧重点都各有不同,如何在这些渠道中高效率低成本找到企业所需的人才是值得企业花时间与精力去研究的。科学合理的选用招聘渠道将会为企业直观的带来招聘成本的降低,同时可以减少人员流失率,更长远的可以带来人员工作效率的提升、良好企业文化的建立,进而提高企业在市场上的核心竞争力。
本文对我国目前主要招聘渠道的有效性进行了分析,并以向日葵公司为例,通过分析向日葵公司目前的招聘现状,提出优化向日葵公司招聘渠道有效性的方法。
