养老护理员队伍的发展现状

随着社会经济的发展，人类平均寿命正在逐步延长。据报道，我国老年人口已达1.3亿人，占总人口的10.9％，是当今世界上人口老龄化速度较快的国家之一。广阔的老年服务市场催生了大量的老年公寓、托老所、老年服务中心等养老机构，这些机构的建立需要大量的护理员从事养老服务工作。根据民政部《关于加快实现社会福利社会化的意见》，社会福利社会化要达到“五化”的要求，其中之一是服务队伍的专业化,包括专业化的医生、护士和护理员。其中，护理员直接为老人提供生活照料和护理，是养老服务工作中一支重要力量。养老护理就是指从事老年人生活照料、护理和精神慰籍的一种新型职业。在我国4万多个社会福利机构近百万员工中，养老护理员是最大的群体，无疑也构成了这个行业的主力军。他们的服务态度、文化素质、专业技能直接关系到入住老人的安危、生活品质，以及养老机构经营效益。然而, 这支队伍状况令人堪忧，已经影响到我国养老资源的有效利用和养老服务事业的健康发展。本文分析了我国养老护理员队伍状况、存在的问题和产生的原因，试图引起社会关注，妥善解决这支队伍建设过程中存在的问题。老护理是应对人口老龄化形势和老年社会福利事业发展而产生的一个新职业。文中深入分析了我国养老护理员队伍现状、存在的问题, 并提出了加快这支队伍建设的对策建议。

However, the team situation is worrying, has affected our country endowment the effective utilization of resources and the healthy development of the cause of old-age service. The article analysed our country old-age care team status, existing problems and the causes, try to cause social attention, properly solve the team problem during the process of construction. The old nursing is responding to population aging situation and social welfare for the old aged to develop and produce a new occupation. In this paper, in-depth analysis of China's old-age care team current situation, existing problems, and put forward to accelerate the countermeasure proposal that team construction.
