Abstract: Objective Compared to method and calcined charcoal fried cooked Rehmannia carbon carbon method on mice bleeding time and clotting time of impact,concocted for the study of hemostatic mechanism of carbon Rehmanniae provide reasonable charcoal method. Methods To ICR mice as experimental animals,using tail method and the capillary were measured Rehmanniae,fried Rehmanniae carbon,carbon calcined Rehmanniae mice bleeding time and clotting time of impact. Results Compared with the saline group,Rehmannia,fried Rehmanniae carbon mice were able to shorten the bleeding time( P < 0. 01) and clotting time( P < 0. 01) ; calcined to reduce carbon Rehmanniae bleeding time in mice( P < 0. 05) and clotting time( P < 0. 05) ; and Rehmanniae group,fried Rehmanniae carbon, carbon calcined Rehmanniae mice were able to shorten the bleeding time ( P < 0. 05) and clotting time( P < 0. 05) ; and calcined carbon group rehmannia comparison,can reduce carbon fried Rehmanniae bleeding time and clotting time in mice,but not statistically significant. Conclusion Fried Rehmannia Rehmannia carbon and carbon were calcined has a hemostatic effect,and charcoal to stop bleeding after the enhanced role to yellow,but the two methods of charcoal cooked Rehmannia its hemostatic effect of carbon had no significant effect,so choose the easy - to - fried cooked Rehmannia carbon carbon method.

同制炭方法炮制的熟地黄炭对其止血作用没有显著影响,故临床宜选择易于操作的炒炭法炮制熟地黄炭。
