摘要

市场竞争的不断加剧使得产品开发周期和综合性能日益成为最关键之要素,而压面机作为我国传统食品机械行业最广泛应用的食品加工机械之一,却由于新产品开发周期长,压辊的成本高等因素,使产品更新缓慢甚至停滞不前,这与瞬息万变的现代柔性化市场显然背道而驰,仿真、虚拟设计等关键技术的日臻成熟完善为解决这些问题提供了思路和方法。

本文主要针对压面机这一常用炊具机械,从实际工作需求分析着手,针对现有产品中成本高,设计复杂等关键技术问题,依托三维建模,仿真及虚拟技术,设计开发一种新型压面机压辊并对压面过程进行仿真,旨在满足市场需求,推动企业创新步伐。

为此,本文主要进行了如下五方面研究:

一、首先简单介绍了虚拟样机及仿真技术的基本理论,回顾了国内外在此方面的研究

现状和发展趋势,论证了将虚拟样机及仿真技术应用于新型压面机设计的可行性及必要性。

二、对压面机的执行部分压辊进行分析,考虑不同的条件下压面过程的改变,并对面

团在压辊中的受力进行分析。

三、以ABAQUS软件为平台,建立新型压面机压辊的三维模型,然后对面团进行模拟建

模,在进行虚拟的装配添加约束条件,建立压面过程的模型。

四、通过ABAQUS软件的后处理模块对设置的参数进行改变看面团的受力变化,变形延

压效果等。分析压辊对压面过程的影响。

五、对课题进行总结并指出进一步研究思路。

ABSTRACT

Market competition intensifies unceasingly,which makes the product development cycle and the synthetic performance become the most essential factors day by day. But as one of widely used food machinery, dough pressuring machine renews slowly and even bogs down because of the long development cycle and the high cost and so on. Obviously, it runs against with the fast changing market. Recently, simulation and virtual design technology have becoming perfect gradually, which provide a train of thought and a way to solve these problems.

Aim at the dough pressuring machine-one of widely used food machinery,. Beginning from the practical work demand analysis, in view of the key technical matters of existing product insufficiency, this paper is intended to design and develop a kind of new dough pressuring machine and then optimize the machine, the purpose of this paper is to satisfy the market demand and impel the step of enterprise innovation.

Therefore, this paper mainly carried on the following five aspects to study:

Firstly, elementary theory about simulation and virtual prototype technology was introduced; the present situation and prospect in these fields were reviewed; the feasibility and the necessity of this subject were proved also.

Secondly, take analysis to the dough pressuring machine’s implementation part of rolls,taking into account different conditions of the process of change in pressure,and roll dough in furce in the analysis.

Thirdly, taking three-dimensional modeling software ABAQUS as platform, the 3D models of rolls. And then simulation modeling dough ,add the assembly in the virtual condition, the establishment of the model surface pressure.

Fourthly, through the ABAQUS software of the visualization module to change the parameters set to see changes such as deformation of the extension in the effect of pressure. Analysis hao the rolls effect the process of the pressure doughsurface.

Finally, this paper gave a summarization of the subject and pointed out the direction of further study.
