物流管理知识分享

中国的物流术语标准将物流定义为：物流是物品从供应地向接收地的实体流动过程中，根据实际需要，将运输、储存、采购、装卸搬运、包装、流通加工、配送、信息处理等功能有机结合起来实现用户要求的过程。

物流英文名称（logistics ）定义：供应链活动的一部分，是为了满足客户需要而对商品、服务以及相关信息从产地到消费地的高效、低成本流动和储存进行的规划、实施与控制的过程。

物流：以仓储为中心，促进生产与市场保持同步。

物流管理（Logistics Management）是指在社会生产过程中，根据物质资料实体流动的规律，应用管理的基本原理和科学方法，对物流活动进行计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制和监督，使各项物流活动实现最佳的协调与配合，以降低物流成本，提高物流效率和经济效益。

RDC即区域分发中心、配送中心（Regional Distribution Center,简称RDC），它是近年来一种极为重要的物流运作模式，区域分发中心是指物流公司具体进行业务运作的分发、配送中心。

一、采购订单模式：目前福田采购订单模式模式主要有单日订单式，单日补货式，三日订单式，三日补货式，后补充式，时段订单式，特殊订单式，直上工位式。

二、上线模式：JIT（Just in time供应商同步供货）、JIS（Just in sequence供应商顺序供货）、W-JIT（Warehouse-Just in sequence RDC同步供货）、W-JIS（Warehouse-Just in sequence RDC顺序供货）、看板模式、人工领用、SPS （Set part system成套供给零部件方式）、按灯（Andon）、糖果人、新产品验证。

三、包装类型：1.KLT塑料标准料箱：KLT3214、KLT4314、KLT4328、KLT6414、KLT6428、KLT8628、KLT10428、KLT12528。

KLT存储一般使用隔板式货架、流利架或组合式高位货架，流利架使用分隔条，每条为一个存储拣选位，组合式高位货架上层为托盘存储位，下层为拣选位。
