If you are not familiar with static control procedures, reference A-B publication 8000-4.5.2, “Guarding Against Electrostatic Damage” or any other applicable ESD protection handbook.2PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame B AC Current TransducersWhat You Need to DoTo install the AC Current Transducers:❐ Step 1:Remove power from the drive ❐ Step 2:Remove the protective covers ❐ Step 3:Remove the Pulse Transformer and Switching Power Supply boards ❐ Step 4:Remove the existing AC Current Transducers ❐ Step 5:Install the new AC Current Transducers ❐ Step 6:Install the Pulse Transformer and Switching Power Supply boards ❐ Step 7:Replace the protective covers and document the change Step 1:Remove Powerfrom the Drive1.Remove and lock-out all incoming power to the drive. ATTENTION: Remove power before making or breaking cable connections. When you remove or insert a cable connector with power applied, an electrical arc may occur. An electrical arc can cause personal injury or property damage by:•sending an erroneous signal to your system’s field devices, causing unintended machine motion •causing an explosion in a hazardous environment Electrical arcing causes excessive wear to contacts on both the module and its mating connector. Worn contacts may create electrical resistance.PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame B AC Current Transducers3Step 2:Remove the Protective Covers 1.Remove the screws and washers that secure the plastic shields to thebottom of the drive and remove the shields.2.Remove the bolts, washers and wiring from the U and V phase AC inputpower terminals.3.Disconnect the DPI cable from the HIM assembly (if present).4.Loosen, but do not remove, the screws that secure the bottom cover tothe drive, then slide the cover down and off the drive chassis.Remove screws and shield Remove screws and shieldU Phase V PhaseRemove bolts and wiringBottom View4PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame B AC Current Transducers5.Loosen, but do not remove, the screws that secure the top cover to thedrive, then slide the cover up and off the drive chassis.Important:The HIM assembly is connected via a cable to the Controlboard and therefore will not pull free from the drive untildisconnected. See step 4 below for instructions.Important:Mark all connections and wires before removal to avoidincorrect wiring during reassembly.6.Disconnect the HIM Communication cable from the connector on theupper right corner of the Control board and set the cover aside.Pull tabs outto disconnectcable.PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame B AC Current Transducers5Step 3:Remove the Pulse Transformer and Switching Power Supply Boards Note: The Switching Power Supply circuit board is located on the back of the Pulse Transformer circuit board. You must remove both boards in order to replace the AC Current Transducers. Note: The Switching Power Supply circuit board does NOT need to be removed from the Pulse Transformer circuit board.1.Remove the plug-in terminal from the field input block at the top of thedrive.2.Remove the four screws that secure the slotted air flow plate to the topof the drive chassis.Important:The air flow plate is also secured to the Pulse Transformer circuit board and therefore cannot yet be removed.Instructions for doing so are included later in thisprocedure.Air flow plateplug-interminalFront of Drive6PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame B AC Current Transducers3.Remove the cable from connector XTA on the Pulse Transformer board.4.Remove the plug-in terminals from the Control power block on thePulse Transformer board.5.For Pulse Transformer boards with an armature voltage feedbackterminal block, FIR2-XX, rev. “N” and higher, remove the connector from XCD_IO on the lower left corner of the board.6.Carefully disconnect the cables from connectors XA, XR and XFCD atthe top of the Control board.Remove connector from XCD_IODisconnectcablesPowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame B AC Current Transducers 77.Loosen the two captive screws at the top of the Control EMI shield andlower the shield.Important:If the drive is not in a vertical position, the Control EMIshield will not remain open without a means of restraint.8.Remove the two screws that secure the air flow plate to the top of thePulse Transformer board and lift the plate off the drive chassis. Remove cableRemove cableRemove cable Remove groundconnectionPowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame B AC Current Transducers 911.Remove the appropriate gate leads:–For non-regenerative drives, remove each pair of (orange and yellow) gate lead cables from connectors KG01…KG06 and push each lead through the appropriate opening in the board.–For regenerative drive, remove each pair of (orange and yellow) gate lead cables from connectors KG01…KG06 and KG1…KG6 and push each lead through the appropriate opening in the board.Important:Remove the gate leads by grasping the connector andpulling up. 我们建议用户在大批量应用之前,在厂内或现场先做密封材料的兼容性能测试,作为密封产品与系统供应商,我们建议用户遵循我们的这些建议。

■ 概要
LS-1822A 测漏仪适用于各种测试条件下的泄漏测试。具有功能齐全、适应性强、小巧精致的特点。 能实现所有产品﹑部品泄漏测试工位的自动化,从而提高产品的质量和生产效率。
■ 特点
1. 大型液晶显示屏能显示各种检测信息、测试参数容易设定。
采用视野开阔的大型液晶画面、各个页面显示所需的设定内容、通过面板操作能简单地设定参数。
如果气温等测试环境逐渐变化而误差值呈现缓慢变动时,可对最新的几个合格品的测试值取样,进行自动取样 修正,这样可以减少频繁的标准品误差修正值的测试工作。
● 消除绝热变化的影响缩短测试时间
因空气绝热变化引起的误差值随测试时间的缩短而增大,而标准品误差自动取样修正功能可以消除此影响。
◎ NR(降低误差)功能

● 标准品误差修正功能适用于突变的测试条件 当测试条件、环境等改变时,可利用测试品进行标准品误差修正。此时测出因绝热变化、环境温度变化所引起 的误差值并作为修正量进行保存,正式测漏时的显示结果为减去该误差值后的实际泄漏量。 (图示说明) 通常泄漏量不随时间变化而保持一定,但是误差随着时间的延长而降低。利用此原理延长测试时间使误差量消 失(图 1),测出延长前后的测试结果的差值(误差值),这个过程称为标准品误差修正值的测试。其它测试品 测试时(图 2)将此误差值作为修正值。

9.便于日常检验的校正接口
测漏仪正面配有方便差压校正的测试品及标准品接口,日常维护时,只要装上泄漏标准孔就能简单地进行 NG 判 断及等效内容积 K(Ve)的测试,而且可使用容积变化型的泄漏校正器。连接压力标准器还可实现测试压的校正。

附带的固定支架可从前面装卸测漏仪本体,即使左右没有空间也可进行装卸。
11. 装备了串行接口及打印输出接口
与电脑相连接可进行测试数据的管理。
与电脑或者串行打印机相连接实现数据管理。
使用 PC 连接软件,使测试数据自动输入电脑的 Excel 内,包括设定值等数据作为电脑文档被保存。对于数据分析、 交换备台时设定值的重新输入不仅简单而且准确。
