摘要：The present invention relates to TRPV2, a cation channel, whose expression at the mRNA level and at the protein levels, correlates with melanoma and with aggressive/invasive or metastatic melanoma. More specifically, the invention provides methods and kits for the diagnosis of melanoma and of aggressive/invasive or metastatic melanoma, and for the treatment of melanoma and the prevention of melanoma metastasis formation in melanoma patient.
