My View on Job

My View on Job-hopping
People have different attitudes toward their work. Some people tend to stick to their positions as their lifelong career, as they think the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one will be at it. For example our teachers, they love their work and they devoted to their jobs in their lifetime. They are usually high achievers.
On the other hand, some people like to change their job frequently. They are in the habit of job-hopping, for they always pursue better treatment. They never seem content with their present situation. If they have a chance to get better paid job, they will try to get this job. Besides, some change their work for not interested in it or just because they do only one job all his life, they will certainly be bored with it.
As far as I am concerned, I don’t like often to change jobs. Maybe interest is the most important in our jobs. And if a man is not interested in his job, job hopping is normal and even necessary. However, if one changes his job frequently, he will not get the necessary experience needed in his work. And changes his job frequently causes among people with bad relationships. In fact, as long as we do a good job in every job, we always get what we want.。
