精神分裂症并发糖尿病患者的护理干预措施

摘要：目的 精神分裂症与糖尿病均为慢性疾病，患者一旦患病，就需要接受终生治疗与护理，而要想不断提升对疾病的治疗效果， 除了要对患者实施有效的治疗措施之外，还要对患者实施有效的护理，本文就对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的护理方法进行分析，以 明确护理措施的价值。方法 选取的研究对象为本院在 2018 年 3 月至 2019 年 5 月收治的精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者，共计 80 例， 按照给患者实施的不同护理措施将患者分为两组：观察组与对照组，每组患者有 40 例。给对照组患者实施基础护理，给观察组患者 实施综合护理措施，在护理实施后评估两组患者的护理效果。结果 在实施护理后 , 统计两组患者的护理效果情况，观察组患者的护 理总有效率显著高于对照组，经比较，有显著的统计学意义，P<0.05。比较两组空腹血糖、进餐后 2 h 血糖情况，观察组情况显著优 于对照组，组间比较，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。另外还统计了两组患者对护理的满意度，观察组显著高于对照组，经比较，有显 著的统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将综合护理措施应用在精神病分裂症合并糖尿病患者的护理中，能够显著缓解患者的疾病症状， 取得很好的治疗护理效果。 关键词： 精神分裂症；并发症；糖尿病；护理措施 中图分类号：R47 文献标识码：A DOI: 10.19613/ki.1671-3141.2019.75.009
