超超：How many hours do you usually sleep？
陈洋：Less than seven hours。

超超：Oh，no。

I can make sure eight hours at least for sleep。

陈洋：Maybe you enjoy a slow pace of life。

You know，since i entered college i have felt a great burden off my mind and i just want to relax，so do my classmates。

Most of us enjoy playing computer games and are very skillful at it。

We seldom work on our lessons unless there is an examination ，then we work under pressure。

I know its not good ，so we should make differences。

超超：Views vary from people to people。

I do appropriate a slow pace of life，so i can often go out with my girlfriend，i can do many other things i really want to do，without a hurry。

陈洋：As youth，we're in the prime of our life 。

We should make good use of our golden time。

Its not to say that you pure all your time to your lessons，you also need entertainment sometimes ，but you should always keep something in mind ——“study first as a student”，So that you wouldn't be addicted to amusement。

超超：You're right，while i think life is not a race but a journey to be savored with each step of the way。

陈洋：As i said before。

we're young ，we shouldn't slow our steps down。

We should contribute most of our energy to pursue something meaningful ，when we get older ，when we walk with a walking stick，we can truly enjoy a slow pace of life no matter you want or not considering physical condition。

Take young ，it's the best time to qualify ourselves to be a talent in 21 century 。

When we reach the end of life ，then we can say that we experienced a splendid life without regret。

超超：Ooh！I seem to understand something 。

I should make some changes from my listless life。
