从地沟油现象谈中国食品安全监管

【摘要】Food safety is an issue concerning public health and happiness, so the guarantee of food safety is signifi- cant for improvement of public health as well as promotion of long-term social stability, harmony and development. In re- cent years, problems concerning food safety resulted from sewage oil are becoming more and more serious in China, which are demonstration of failure in market operation and governmental supervision. The governments of different levels should take some corresponding measures in supervision awareness, modes, system and capability so as to ensure the food safety.%食品安全关乎公众的健康和福祉，确保食品安全对于提高整体国民身体素质，促进社会长期稳定、和谐与发展有着重要的意义。

近年来以地沟油为代表的食品安全问题在中国越来越突出。

食品安全问题是市场运行失灵的表现，同时也是政府在监管中失灵的体现。

政府应该在监管意识、监管模式、监管体制、监管能力等方面采取相应的对策，以确保食品的安全和可靠。
