Lesson 13 Let’s Buy Postcards!
一、教学目标
(一)、知识目标
1. a)掌握四会词汇:much
b).能够听、说、读下列词汇:postcard, letter, e-mail
2. 运用学到的日常购物用语简单地会话。
(二)能力目标:
1. 在创设的情境中运用所学的知识,使语言交际能力进一步提高。
2. 通过对话,初步学会用英语购物,为学会生活打下基础
(三)、情感目标:激发积极的情感因素,培养与人交流的能力。
二、教学重点、难点:
重点:掌握四会词汇:much
难点:所学词汇和句型的灵活运用,进行购物
三、教学准备:
实物postcards和letter, e-mail的图片,单词卡片,幻灯片自制小邮筒
四、教学过程:
Step 1: class opening
1、Greeting:
2、Lead in :
Let’s l ook at the screen. Who are they? Where are they? (In Beijing.)Yes. They are visiting in Beijing. Now they are shopping. They want to buy some postcards for their families and friends. In this class we’ll learn Lesson 13 Let’s buy postcards! (设计意图:通过师生问候,引出李明等在北京购买明信片,为学习词汇、课文做准备)。
Step 2: Presentation
1、教授postcard.
出示一张明信片,引出postcard, 反复读几遍,师问What’s on this postcard? (A panda or a pictures.) Yes. (同时板书。
)
通过几个明信片教授
出示一张带有天安门图片的明信片。
师问What does the postcard
have? /What’s on the postcard.(A postcard has a picture of Tian’anmen sq uare.引出句型A postcard has a picture of……用相同方法用其它明信片练习句型
2、教授letter.
出示一个带有英文内容的信的实物,Look, what’s this? 引出letter. 反复读几遍(“信”与“明信片” 做对比,并强调 A letter has not a picture. B ut a postcard has a picture on it. picture on it. Where do we write a letter? We write a letter on paper.
3、教授e-mail.
用幻灯片出示一个带有电子邮件的电脑图片,Ask:What’ this? Is this a letter? (No.)A postcard? (No) You are right! This is an e-mail.(同时板书),师将信与电子邮件做对比,并强调You write a letter on paper; But you write an e-mail on a comp uter.
Now open your books let the students read Part One.
Step 3 Practice
1.看大屏幕填空练习postcard, letter , email 这几个单词。
2. 2 Sing a song进一步巩固所学的单词和句子
Step 4 New concepts
1.将一张postcard放入自制小邮筒中,做出send(寄出)的动作。
引出
I want to send this postcard to__ 引出send 和短语send ….to并练习这个句型
2. Play a game(Pass it down). 设计意图:让学生在玩中学,学中玩,快乐参与。
同时也迎合了小学生的年龄特点和心理特征。
2.用实物讲授“How much is/are…” It’s/They are ____yuan. 并练习这个句型
3.出示shop背景。
Now Danny ,Jenny and Li Ming are in the shop。
Listen to the dialogue .Answer the questions.
(设计意图:听录音,可以让学生先了解一下课文内容,还顺便进行了听力练习,同时获得正确的读音和语感。
)
Who does Jenny want to sent the postcard to?
How much is his postcard?
然后让学生自读课文
Step 5: Drill and Practice
A: Sure
B: How ___is this postcard?
A: ________yuan.
B: I’ll take _______, please.
A:Here you are.
2、Check the answer and act out. (两人分角色完成填空,) (设计意图:让学生
根据课文填空,使其进一步理解课文内容。
)
3、Make up a dialogue about shopping with their partners by themselves. .小组内展示对话。
教师进行巡视,适时评价。
如果有时间可以让学生将所编对话在全班面前进行展示。

1. copy and recite the words and text
2. Make a postcard by yourself. You can draw a picture on it 板书设计:
