摘要：PURPOSE:To facilitate the change of sleeve length by bending properly free ends of belt plates to the side of the outer periphery of an outer tube when fitting the outer tube to an inner tube with the belt plates fixed to the outside end of the inner tube placed between the two tubes. CONSTITUTION:An inner tube 3 is inserted deeply into an outer tube 2 to form a short and integrated sleeve 1. The sleeve 1 is then placed at a fixed place between mold panels P. Then the outer tube 2 and the inner tube 3 are pulled respectively toward the outsides and each end of the two tubes is fitted against each of the panels P. Free ends of belt plates 4 fixed to the outside of the inner tube 3 are bent to the side of the outer periphery of the outer tube 2, and the outer tube 2 is held to the outer periphery of the inner tube 3 at the bent part of the belt plates. 4.
